Great Location on the more quiet side of Luxor, The West Bank with a 2 min walk to the ferry crossing point.
Only real issue was the dogs that reside outside had a barking match at 4am on night.
Stayed for 2 nights, as it was Low season (start of summer) There was only one other guest in the hotel so I had the place to myself inc the swimming pool which was clean and refreshing to use after a day trekking around the local sights.
The breakfast wasn’t great but understandable as they couldn’t do their full spread as there wasn’t enough guests to accommodate but it was adequate enough with Egg’s, bread, fruit with coffee and tea, I didnt get to check the rooftop restaurant as i didn’t want them to open due to its quietness,
They did accommodate me with a beer on arrival and later by the pool. No Wifi in room but great by the pool area.
Also the place a pretty dusty but everywhere in Egypt virtually was so this was not a problem, although the room was very clean with great air conditioning and view of the Nile.
Would certainly stay again on my next visit, the locals were fantastic.
There is currently construction in front of the hotel of a welcoming plaza for the ferry port which didn’t effect my stay/sleep but will be a wonderful addition once completed.would 100% recommend.

We were familiar with Luxor and were looking for a hotel with an optimal location.
We found that! On the west bank, perfect for the Valley of the Kings and Queens and easy boat crossing (very cheap and very fun) to the Museum, Luxor Temple, Karnak etc.
In addition, a unique roof terrace with a view over the Nile and Luxor, where you can enjoy a delicious meal every evening.
Very nice people. Warm, caring and with a wealth of information (also in Dutch).
The location is remarkably quiet, no through traffic. The hotel is attractive, the rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. And there is a swimming pool to cool off. We had reserved a large period, so we could also make a 5-day desert trip. Past Oases and to "The White Desert". The trip was tailor-made for us, two people, and it was great. We look back on two weeks in which we saw and experienced a lot in an incredibly relaxed atmosphere.

Tomorrow I asked again about the room change, and the boss reluctantly asked to see my reservation again, saying that the photo of my reserved room was wrong, and it was not that big (I immediately said: I didn't ask for a big room, I live alone, I want a quiet room facing the pool) The environment facing the pool is just like the photo (there are many empty rooms)
After that, the boss also arranged a room facing the pool, which is a very bad room, there is no mirror in the bathroom, and you don't get toilet paper (there was one in the room the night before)

I was staying elsewhere but decided to use the swimming pool for a day of R&R. I was asked to pay 300LE, on questioning the charge (a friend had been there 2 days before & charged 250LE). A call was made and the price revised to 250LE. While the pool area is very clean, beds ready for guests, I think the charge is a little to high, considering several hotels within walking distance only charge 100LE, and were just as clean.

Nice place. and nice people. The only big problem Is that they never clean the bathroom. The toilet seat had pee incrustations that dated back to..Ramses! They wash everyday the corridor. It shines. But the bathroom Is always dirty.No hygiene at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed two weeks at this lovely hotel. The situation is a dream: on the west bank of the Nile, a short stroll from the ferry landing, right opposite Luxor temple and near some of the world's most impressive archeological sites. We never tired of the stunning views from the rooftop restaurant, where the food was so good that we ended up eating there every day. The friendly owners (a Dutch/Egyptian couple) speak several languages, and helped us with advice, ordering taxis etc. After a morning's hot and dusty sightseeing the clean hotel pool was a delight. Staff were invariably friendly and made us feel quite at home. Saskia & Hans
