The Anatara Desert Hotel in Abu Dhabi, which was originally booked, was temporarily requisitioned by the royal family and forced me to cancel the order. The hotel is particularly good, no matter the key to the hotel or the hotel facilities, it is just too far away from Dubai. I am doing a Dubai tour. Because there are guests living in Xi'er Island, I chose a surrounding hotel to pick up the next day. The hotel is about a hundred rooms, all of which are beautiful sea view rooms. You can swim at the beach, have your own open-air swimming pool, have a gym, have a small garden, and breakfast is good.

Some of the staff seem poorly trained, and our experience celebrating my friend’s birthday here was disappointing. The room we were assigned was so bad, and although they claimed all rooms were booked and couldn’t move us, rooms were still available online. The property was informed in advance of the birthday, but no arrangements were made. We ordered a cake ourselves, but it arrived without “Happy Birthday” on it—a detail that was overlooked, making us feel like they didn’t care. When we raised the room issue with Bilal at the front desk, his response was unprofessional and unsuited to hospitality. There was poor communication overall, with the reception and other staff providing inconsistent information. Despite these issues, two staff members went above and beyond to offer exceptional service: Niven and Naser from the F&B department. Naser was incredibly accommodating and welcoming—he provided us with valuable information about the property and handled all our needs during the stay. He even arranged a complimentary cake for my friend’s birthday, even though it was nearly checkout time, clearly doing his best to make us feel valued. Niven was also very kind and professional. Their efforts truly made a positive difference in our experience. Their exceptional service stood out but couldn’t completely offset our disappointment. Not sure if we’ll be back

Very nice, the environment is very good, the resort hotel. But the location is really remote and there is nothing around. However, the hotel has its own beach, which is not bad, and there are other hotels nearby, so there are several options for eating. There is also a Korean restaurant next to it, mainly to provide services for the nuclear power plant built by the Koreans nearby, and the food is good.

What a beautiful and serene spot to be secluded with your loved ones. An absolute delight in the middle of the western region of UAE, with an excellent high speed road if you are coming all the way from Dubai. Gas it up all the way to 160kmph to reach this milestone in less than three hours and have a delightful stay. The pool and the view is absolutely commendable in this oasis. The hotel interiors and entrance are quite royal and Arabic taking you back instantly out of a Hollywood movie's stay at a desert resort. The people working here are all super nice and very hospitable. Shout out to Raja Gopal, Shubash, Liya, Shweta, Sangam and the front desk gentleman. Thanks to the frontdesk for a beautiful room upgrade to the oasis pool view. Make sure to enjoy quad biking and happy hour by the pool to beat the heat. The aspect that can improve is the room service and the operators answering the phones as no one picked up our calls from the room or elsewhere. I'd think it's a busy schedule so I'll let that go. Overall, loved my Eid stay and would definitely return.

They surprised us with fruit platter, cake and romantic arrangement in our room. The room is very comfy, peaceful and relaxing place away from the city, very accommodating staff especially Chethan, Abdelsamia, Eshe, Saleh, the man from the quadbiking, and the 2 girls in the reception. Mr Chethan - the sous chef gave us fruit platter during breakfast and dinner to celebrate the special day. The water in pool area is refreshing - not so cold & not so warm. We did some activities like soft archery and quadbiking including in our booking.
