Staff emotional intelligence is lacking except one good experience upon check out.
Food and service at the restaurant are a disaster and tarnish the whole experience - no service at the pool at all as nobody came and checked on us to see whether we needed anything to drink or eat even if it was sunset time.
Bathrooms condition are outdated and could be maintained differently.

Great hotel! Just a great place! The price-quality ratio is simply amazing for only $60 for a chic room. Clean, spacious, cozy! The design is super - minimalism in Arabic style! The lighting in the room is very romantic! The hotel has its own territory - everything is well-kept, flower beds, plants. View of the dunes - the hotel is right surrounded by dunes. The food is delicious - the local salad Liwa and majbus were great. The territory is very calm, quiet. If you want to take a break from the city noise, bustle and are looking for privacy - this is definitely the place. The pool is open, large. You can see the dunes from it. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Parking is free. I really liked everything, I want to come back.

Housekeeping service is very good room cleaning is good public area is clean and nice food and gym pool are also great all staffs also very helpful specially indrajit is good guy he is helping us every times . Peace and lovely hotel in liwa bed are clean thank you.
