Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).

Unfortunately, even being a long term customer from this hotel, they refuse to cancel my booking due the trip changes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Every staff is attentive, friendly, and highly professional. From the warm welcome at the door to the prompt and courteous service throughout the meal (special credit to night reception manager, Mr Mehraj, and Mr Nazir), it has been an exceptional staying experience. Highly recommended!

Fabulous setting [although a 2 1/2 hour car trip from Abu Dhabi]. Probably totally uneconomic but thanks to wealthy Rulers who promote such projects, a truly out of this World experience awaits. Even James Cameron was inspired…
Architecture, furnishings and service equally stunning. The pool was being refurbished when I visited but considering the remoteness, facilities are all you’d expect

I stayed this resort at 2016, there are many good memories and fun times, we joined activities each as falcon show, dune drive, which no places and local tours can provide the good experience like this.
So I book again for my 2nd visit.
However hotels was closed because of some reasons. At the beginning we disappointed.
Hotels finally provided another resort for us in Sir Yas Island, the experience there are also great! That's give my family a memorable moments.

Magnificent resort tastefully built in the style of traditional Emirati fortifications located in the middle of the desert. Rooms are traditionally decorated but with all modern comforts, two beautiful pools, one for adults, and a wide selection of different cuisines in their four restaurants.
The air conditioning in room 470 (my first room) smelled of mildew and prompted me to move to room 443, which was perfect and much larger.
Impeccable service and a wide selection of desert-themed activities. We went buggying in the desert, and it was magnificent.

The hotel is located very far in the desert. The hotel is so beautiful and luxurious, and there are many self-funded activities to participate in. The environment is first-class. The service was also quite good. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended!
