We decided to go to Ras Al Jinz to do the turtle watching there. There is a tourism owned hotel, which is really expensive. The Turtle guest house is literally 2 minutes down the road. The rooms were big and had both air con and fan. The owner was such a nice man and was happy to help us plan our days. The rooms are clean as well. If you’re going to Ras Al Jinz, stay here it’s fantastic value.

The guest house is just 500m down the road from the turtle reserve so perfect location if you want to see the turtles. The hotel is much cheaper than the actual reserve. There's no breakfast available so I'd suggest taking your own. There is a tiny local restaurant that opens in the evening and we had nice fish and rice there. If you don't want local food, maybe get dinner from Sur on your way. We had a large ground floor family room and it was great. Massive beds, good shower, great air con. There was a little outside space with chairs where my kids played while we waited for the turtles. Lovely guy on reception at check in. Would stay again.

Terrible hotel! Overpriced! They are clearly taking advantage of the fact that there are no affordable hotel options in the area. We had dirty linens. There are pen marks on the sheets! It looks like the linen hasn't even been washed! Terrible dirty bathroom! Dirty air conditioner! Yes, everything in this hotel is dirty and disgusting. Around the walls of the wire! And the staff is not friendly at all. When we arrived, as this guy was sitting at the reception with a displeased face, he was with the same displeased face on the second day. No welcoming words like "hello! we are glad to see you" "have a good rest" and so on. I don't understand where the reviews about cleanliness and friendliness come from. Everything is dirty and rude! The price is very high for a hotel. Completely unsanitary!

Very large room with Omani bathroom. Air conditioning in the room but above all very pleasant welcome by the owner. The evening buffet is also very good. Very well located if you want to go turtle watching in the reserve or go to the beach during the day

Muy buena estancia. La casa está muy bien y la habitación también. Está a 10 minutos andando de la reserva de tortugas, aunque también se puede ir en coche y se llega en un minuto, ya que tanto el hotel como la reserva tienen parking. La cena era MUY BUENA Y MUY GRANDE, podían haber comido 10 personas con el plato que me pusieron. Der Aufenthalt war nur dank der Nähe zum Turtle Reserve akzeptabel. Das Zimmer ist alt, das Bett sehr sehr hart. Das Badezimmer wurde oberflächlich gereinigt, aber genuer hinschauen durfte man nicht... Es gab weder Frühstück noch Abendessen. Für uns war der Zimmerpreis überteuert.

Établissement confortable, très propre, très bon accueil. Les touristes s’arrête pour la réserve de tortues qui ne vaut vraiment pas le coup ( trop touristique ) . Par contre , pour les randonnées aux alentours , c’est le spot idéal. Aller manger au restaurent local à quelque minutes de l’hôtel, c’est vraiment pas chère, bon , authentique et vous faite vivre les locaux.
