Booked this venue last week, room I originally wanted was sold out so booked the pool suite and asked the hotel to change me to a cheaper room as this was the one my wife had seen on tik tok. Arrived at the hotel to be asked to pay more money, as there were taxes, and to pay for the transport to airport next morning. Price advertised was not the price we paid; had to pay an extra €10 as it was a 7am collection next morning. Got to the cheaper room and nothing like the videos, dead plants, door broken and didn’t open properly, unpleasant smell - they obviously have someone good doing their marketing or have paid influencers etc to hide the bad facts. Went back to the office to ask for our original room, “manager” argued with me for 20 minutes to then go ahead and change us to one of the many available pool suites. Suites are twice the price, but what we paid for. Got to the pool suite and yes, room was fairly new and you can see they’ve tried to update and modernise it, however a few issues and quality issues. Floor at the bottom of the bed was dirty, rose petals left from previous guest, majority of bulbs missing from lights, including the only outside light. Pool was dirty and had several dead bugs in it, didn’t matter either way as was freezing. Tried using a few different plug sockets to find out some of them are actually fake, plasterboard only behind them, strange. Had a shower to realise the floor is not angled into the drain, meaning water just sits and doesn’t flow anywhere, the sides of the bathroom door have seals but there’s a large gap underneath, meaning the water from the shower spills into the hallway with no drainage. Even if they provided a squeegee or similar it would mean guests could clean it up without using towels. TV isn’t connected to anything, no aerial, no WiFi, there is no WiFi in this part of the resort and no phone signal so unsure how anyone would use it? Opened the drawer to a side unit and handle came off leaving a massive screw hanging out. Anyway, that was the room. So paid extra to have a private dinner (€98) over the pool, was sent images to what this would look like before we got there. Booked at reception for 1930 and paid. Went to the restaurant at 1930 and waited until 2000 to be told it was a private dinner in our room? They changed it saying it was cold, and our dinner was sitting waiting for us in room 28.. mind you, we were staying in room 8 to begin with, then moved to room 31, so not sure how this came about but they didn’t tell us they were changing anything! Changed dinner plans and had dinner in the restaurant instead, expensive but okay. Drinks were okay and entertainment okay I guess, nothing special. Next morning woke up 6.30 and asked for our luggage to be collected and brought to reception for our transport, sat and waited in reception for transport until 0730 to be told it was never actually arranged. Made a complaint and was told to piggy back to someone else’s transpo

The overall experience was unforgettable. Nice room, good restaurant, heated pool, pool side area, fire place, all are great. The hotel team led by the operation manager Younes Di Dai provided outstanding service, making me feel like at home. Every staff member was both friendly and attentive.

First time in Morocco, I booked here to plan to propose to my girlfriend, contacted the luxury camp before to set up and they done so with such ease. The pictures and videos that were taken by the staff were truly amazing, the stay, the staff, the venue is like paradise. In the end we booked an extra night as it was so incredible. Special thanks to all the staff - Souhail, Mohammed, Youssef & Halim. A truly unforgettable trip, we never want to leave !!!

When we arrived, the receptionist, Harima, was loudly arguing on the phone with a guest, which left a poor first impression of the hotel. The receptionist who assisted me (unfortunately, I can’t recall their name) spoke very softly, and Harima’s shouting was so disruptive that they struggled to focus on our interaction. The room itself fell short of the hotel’s “luxurious” branding. The bathroom curtain was crooked, and there were several small details that looked worn and outdated. However, the room’s view was truly stunning and a definite highlight of the stay. At breakfast, the waitstaff seemed unaware that one of us was Moroccan and were swearing frequently. While not a huge issue, it’s something you wouldn’t expect in a place that markets itself as high-end. During dinner, the dessert took so long to arrive that the waiter only brought it after we mentioned we were leaving. That said, this waiter was very polite and accommodating, which was appreciated. Overall, the camp is okay, but it doesn’t live up to the “luxury” label.
