Our trip to this desert camp was a unique adventure with a mix of highs and a few minor lows. The drive to the location was longer than expected, but this turned out to be a positive as it meant we got to enjoy the vast desert landscape almost entirely to ourselves. Accommodation: We opted for the Discovery tent, as it provided the most authentic camping feel compared to other options that had doors, which somewhat diminished the "tent experience." If you’re looking for the best views, I highly recommend requesting a tent at the front rather than at the back. The tent itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. However, it's worth noting that the tents are not the newest. We experienced some minor issues with the tent not closing properly, and the zipper broke at one point. Additionally, a rainy day meant that water eventually made its way into the tent. While we were informed that the tent might make noise due to wind (which was not an issue for us), and that wild dogs roamed at night (we heard them but never saw them up close), these aspects added to the adventure rather than detracting from it. The camp provided earplugs for those sensitive to noise. Weather Considerations: If visiting during the colder months, bringing warm clothing is essential. The tent has air conditioning, but it does not sufficiently heat the space in cold weather. I assume that in hotter months, keeping the tent cool could also be a challenge. We visited in February, which is the off-season, and enjoyed having the place almost to ourselves. Atmosphere & Activities: Interestingly, despite being off-season, most of the other guests were families with children rather than couples, so if you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this might be worth considering. One of the highlights of our trip was the two-hour quad biking experience, which I highly recommend. The combination of breathtaking views, excitement, and adrenaline made it an unforgettable adventure. We also tried out the heated pool, which was more lukewarm than warm. While it was still enjoyable, it would have been even better if it were slightly warmer. Another downside was that we were unable to order certain beverages from the menu—presumably due to it being the off-season. Additionally, wine by the glass was unavailable, which was a bit of a letdown, since you dont necessarily need a whole bottle by the pool, but still want the possibility to enjoy a glass under the sun.  In the evening, the main area came alive with a lit fireplace and various activities, such as a fire show, henna tattoos, and the chance to make your own bread, all of which were free and added to the cultural experience. Local musicians provided the perfect backdrop to the night’s ambiance. Food & Dining Experience: The pricing for food was as expected—not cheap but not overly excessive either. However, the quality left a bit to be desired. While decent, the food as a whole was rather bland, which was somewhat disappoi

We chose Inara Camp for a special birthday celebration after it was highly recommended by a friend, and couldn’t have been happier with the decision! It truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt magical and serene, blending luxury with the breathtaking beauty of the desert. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. The entertainment was on point, adding to the immersive experience, and while there were plenty of options on the menu, we truly appreciated the delicious and well-prepared veggie dishes, served in a setting that felt both intimate and indulgent. We also booked a quad ride which, again, was incredibly fun and memorable. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert escape that combines comfort, authenticity, and warm hospitality, I couldn’t recommend Inara Camp enough!

Simply an amazing and beautiful environment to enjoy time in the desert. The people, food and curated experiences were absolutely fantastic. My husband worked on his Arabic and everyone was so helpful and friendly - he definitely left with more language than when we arrived. You will love all parts of the camp - trust me!

We had an amazing time at Camp Inara. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Agafay Desert. Our tent was huge had two bathrooms, living room, terrazas, our own private jacuzzi, an inside and outside showers and anything you wish for. The camp is very nice with many areas to sit by the fire. The food was absolutely amazing, and beautifully done. We also had entertainment and we had an astronomer coming to show us the planets and stars with his huge microscope! People were really nice and we also rode camels. If you are thinking in visiting Marrakech this camp is only 1 1/2 from Marrakech.

This was a fabulous experience as soon as we arrived we felt a sense calm. The sun was shining but not too hot. The tent was perfectly equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable . The attention to detail for this experience was excellent. The entertainment was unexpected and but quite spectacular. My friend and I did star gazing with a very knowledgable man. This was quite amazing. Thank you INARA camp for a fabulous service.

What an absolute incredible experience we had here at Inara camp, we only stayed 1 night but wish we had booked for more. The staff were so friendly and the service was first class. We arrived early and got into our tent sharp followed by quad biking in the desert which was so fun and had a private meal in the evening which was super romantic and the food was amazing, followed by stargazing. Couldn’t recommend here enough, we will definitely be back

Absolutely fabulous experience right from the moment we arrived. The Berber service is second to none and all the staff were amazing. Can recommend the 4x4 drive with a picnic. The picnic turned out to be a four course meal served in the most relaxing and calm place on top of a mountain with superb views, and the service was exceptional. We only stayed 2 nights would have been very happy to stay longer but we had our itinerary to keep to!!! Thanks guys

A beautiful camp. My daughters and I sent a night there and it was truly magical. We loved the live music, camel ride and the views. The Chef is absolutely amazing and the staff extremely helpful and kind. The drinks are a bit pricey and unfortunately for us, the flies were out and about. But it was truly an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.
