Tranquil hotel, excellent location for walking in the area. Rooms are spacious, basic but comfortable. Pool area is fantasic as is the welcome on arrival. Plenty of room in the dining area. Dinner was good and the onion tart is especially delicious.

We had a wonderful family getaway at this magical location. Mohammed Bouchbouk welcomed us with a great big smile and a hospitable embrace. We felt as if we had known him for years. The rooms were clean and cozy and the dining was top notch. The chef was exceptional and took our orders daily for dinner. The views are breathtaking; the guided tour that was organized by the hotel was top tier with Ahmed Bassine; make sure to ask for him by name.

Amazing place! A little oasis. Travelled with a group of other Solo travellers. What a little gem. Such a beautiful hotel, all the areas of this hotel are stylish, so many lovely areas to relax. Great pool, lots of loungers. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, service with a smile always. Food lovely, plentiful. Tried to cater to all dietary requests. All the rooms were different, loved mine, like a Hobbit house! Basic but had everything I needed. Megan Markle visited this place, some years ago! ( Not sure if that's a selling point!) Loved our time there. Highly recommended.

Just spent a fantastic four nights here. The rooms are all chalets which open up into the hotel gardens. It’s great wondering through the garden to breakfast, rather than along hotel corridors. The staff were the friendliest I’ve encountered at a hotel and were always eager to help. The rooms have an authentic Moroccan feel with big comfy beds and mine had a wood fireplace in the corner. The shower was hot and powerful. The activities in the gardens were good fun with Padel, Pétanque, table football and table tennis and the pool was clean and inviting. You could swim around the island in the middle.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 nights and I must say I am shocked it's not a 5 star. The authentic Moroccan rooms are simple but stunning in my opinion. The food is 5 stars. The pool area is just gorgeous. Special mention of Boushbouk who literally attended to my every need as a customer, always with a smile and energy about him, he truly made my stay feel wonderful. I will be returning here again when I need a break away from the chaos of life

This hotel is worn and in need of maintenance. The paving and steps are cracked and worn for example. ( I think the area has been bypassed by building a new road and tourists don’t use it- we also passed many restaurants that appeared to have closed down as well.) The rooms are adequate, as was the food. The pool was nice and pretty to look at. The staff weren’t particularly friendly - no welcome tea for example, but quickly shown to our rooms. Overall I wouldn’t recommend

I once reviewed this hotel in the past describing it as beautiful place a paradise in the mountains which we had visited many times ,the pool and grounds are well kept the breakfast were good but the evening meals were atrocious my opinion inedible .it’s not as though you can take a walk and go to another restaurant there’s none around ,although the manager did her best to put things right she couldn’t work miracles beer and wine totally over priced over £30 pounds a bottle for inexpensive wine will not be visiting this hotel again .

In the 17 days that we had spent in Morocco this establishment was the worst by far. Luckily we were only here for one night. The lady in charge was so unfriendly. Very ordinary room which was musty and dark. Cockroach was found in the shower cubicle. We even had to ask for toilet paper as not enough supplied. The food was lousy as well. Bland soup followed by a tagine of gluggy chicken and overcooked vegetables. No water supplied with dinner or breakfast so we had to buy our own. Then was charged outrageous amount for the bottle. Poor quality option offered by our tour company.
