It was very good and Mr firoz from housekeeping was very professional and good with us and the food was amazing so the hotel is overall outstanding n amazing for leisure n even for the business purposes so once again thanks to the housekeeping because room was spotless

The hotel had all the needed amenities and met all expectations of a luxurious beach resort. The staff are exceptionally kind and professional. I must commend both Jamal and San for their friendliness and hospitality. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer.

We went for a "staycation" to get away from the Big City of Dubai and enjoy the beach. To our shock, the beach had been turned into a construction site (you can see the remnants in the attached pic) from hosting a 4-day wedding. "construction site" is not an exaggeration as there were tens of industrial trucks and equipment, including bull dozers running all day and night! If you are looking for some rest, make sure you avoid this hotel!

Amazing food, lovely vibe, great service from Hayford! We generally go on weekends to Citron, one of the many resturants in Sofitel Ras Al Khaimah and they never disappoint. Highly recommended for weekend getaways and lunch/dining experiences by the beach in RAK!

The hotel is so beautiful but sofitel staff is what made our stay special, Charlene from reception made a great first impression, she was warm and friendly. Kasung had the biggest smile and was so helpful. Sun driving the buggy made sure our stay was great. We didn't want to go. Last but not least, was Aung from the restaurant. He made sure our dining experience was great. We’ll definitely come back. Kudos to the great team behind!

Hayford was very friendly and offered a very good service for us all. Even the manager handled some of our suggestions and took action immediately. Very impressed with this place and the staff walking an extra mile to make sure that the customer experience and satisfaction was exceptional. All together 5 stars review from here.

My family and me, we had a good time during our stay in this hotel. Everything was very good. Even the food was delicious. Service was excellent special thanks to Princess for Royal service, thank you so much. Thank you for making my stay wonderful. Hope we will visit again soon.

I stayed last week. Excellent hospitality. Specially for the royel service Princes she well behave. Great food and service best quality nice atmosphere. Great place, fantastic pool and beach Hotel. Very clean We will Defenetly visit again....
