Spl thanks to Business Team Ms. Manal for the stress free coordination and updates. Smooth check in and check out, thanks to the front desk team. Proactive bell boys took care of baggage’s. Outdoor screen and the ambiance outstanding for a refreshing evening.

Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

We had been there for 3 days and it’s totally not worth it. Though the room was quiet spacious and nice with a balcony , it’s the housekeeping and the breakfast buffet that are really problematic. Firstly , there is no proper housekeeping even when u tell them to clean it , they do it half heartedly . I mean u don’t really expect a cleaned room to still have used water bottles lying on the table And towel on the sofa just the way u had left it. The Kitchen has no pans, spoons or anything at all. Heck they didn’t even have a socket where to plug in the electric kettle . When asked they provided the extension but then again cups were shabbily kept on top of each other. Most of the lights in the room were quiet dim and the lamp shades didn’t work. We asked them to replace them which they did . Thank God !!! Then the breakfast buffet, honestly who serves the same limited menu every day. And it’s mostly Indian veg breakfast. Agreed it has a rooftop dining area but then what’s the use when u r serving such a limited choice of breakfast and that too same . There are much better hotels in the same price . Please check them !

I had an incredible stay at the hotel! The service was exceptional from start to finish staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. Every morning was a treat with everything from freshly baked pastries to hearty hot meals. It truly set the tone for a great day! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort, great service, and an outstanding breakfast experience. Would definitely stay again!

We visited this 4-star hotel with family and were welcomed by the courteous staff. The environment was calm, and the look was clean with nice furniture. The buffet lunch was arranged on the 6th floor. It was a unique location, very close to Dareen and Fanateer beaches offering excellent options for a retreat for visitors of all ages. The sea view from this floor was amazing, just breathtaking. The cuisine was admirable with a good variety to choose from. The fish rolls were extremely delicious. The dishes included mixed grill (meat/chicken), rice with vegetables, beef steaks, several salad dishes, and sweets. We enjoyed the buffet lunch. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and free parking. Another plus factor of this hotel is that there are many facilities and attractions around such as restaurants, supermarkets, and obviously the beach making your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. One important note: the hotel is now renamed Boudl Al-Jubail, probably due to a change of ownership.

Visited Jubail city and passed by a recently opened Courtyard Hotel for a half day relaxation. The hotel has a cozy lobby, brilliant staff, wondaful amenities, spacious rooms, fantastic terrace view, phenomenal restaurant with delicious culinary. Special thanks goes Mr Fahad Jebali, Front Desk Mgr and Mr Nabeel, Hotel Mgr for the wonderful tour and luncheon

The only shortcoming of the room facilities is that disposable slippers are not provided. Other facilities are complete, the room is large enough, the sanitary conditions are good, the service is very good, and the environment is elegant.

The sea view room is very good. It faces the sea and the flowers are blooming in spring. The sea breeze is very strong. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. You can drink in the restaurant, and there is a special smoking area, which is very friendly to smokers.
