A relatively satisfactory experience. It costs 1,000 yuan to live in the desert and lie flat for a whole day. You can watch camels swimming in the open air. Ordering food by the pool is not expensive. Watching the sunrise in the morning is also beautiful. The decoration of the hotel is very unique

1. Parent-child families are reminded that children must be at least 10 years old before they can check in. 2. The hotel is in the desert, and some roads leading into the hotel are not convenient for small cars to drive in. Please confirm with the hotel in advance which location address to use so as to find the main entrance on the road. 3. All room types should include 3 meals, and it is recommended to book a room with 2 activities. Camel riding is recommended during the activity. It is not very hot from 18:15 in the afternoon. The journey takes 15 minutes. You can ride to the depths of the desert to rest. Champagne, water, soft drinks, nuts and fruits are provided, and then it takes another 15 minutes to ride back. For room types, you can refer to other pictures on Ctrip. The facilities are relatively new. The food and service are absolutely beyond expectations, and you can expect more from this hotel. Starting from breakfast, there are steaks and smoked salmon. I ordered lobster fried rice several times in the evening, which is enough for half a lobster; among steaks, fillet is recommended. Breakfast juice and coffee are free, and juice and beer for lunch and dinner will be charged separately. Free (sparkling) water is provided. Counting the private swimming pool, three meals and desert activities, the price-performance ratio is not bad. The most noteworthy thing is the hotel service, especially the restaurant service. All three meals can be ordered to the room. If you go to the restaurant, no matter how early or late you arrive, you will always be greeted with a smile. The service is very diligent, but not too enthusiastic to feel disturbed. It is said that you can order dishes 24 hours a day (I don’t know if there is an additional charge), and the included dinner will be delivered to the room at 10 o’clock. It is always worth going there, and the service is worthy of tipping.

We really had the best time in Moon retreat, it was our first time and definitely not the last. :) This glamping experience in this hotel was one of the best memories we have had so far. my kids were so delighted to experience the private plunge-pool. the ameneties were beyond to our exceptions, The reception was very friendly and the whole staff. we arrived early thou had the chance to check in 30minutes earlier than expected although there were fully booked. the location was sooo amazing. from the star gazing at night and movie night with the kids, the hotel arranged a hot chocolate and bonfire for the guests whilst watching and the very cosy set up under the stars were a plus almost slept outside thou... The next morning we had a very beautiful sunrise next to our tent, the mountains view and the landscape were so amazing. the tranquility and the nature, we went for a walk with my kids. and to be honest this place was an absolute retreat. Never had such an amazing feeling about Sharjah because it was our very first visit and we have never regret it. there were beautiful camping sites too. :) I really love the place, i hope the management and the team will keep it up. cant wait for our next stay in winter perhaps.
