It was actually our own fault for asking and forgetting to inform the hotel of our arrival time, but the hotel still refunded us for the night we didn't check in, and they were very friendly and made our night's unpleasantness disappear and the hotel is near the hot balloon area which has a very good view of the balloon, just like these picture
