Beautiful and unique hotel! It was a nice experience, without electricity, only candles. Don't suggest to come on summer as they don't have AC, you'll sweat a lot

All was perfect. Very friendly and professional personal; breakfast was delicious and the facilities were amazing. The rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

I was a bit worried about staying at the hotel with no electricity, taking into account dark rooms and lack of heater, but my experience went above and beyond any expectations. It is perfectly located in one part of the old town, right in the middle of everything. The rooms were comfortable, picture perfect and warm (I arranged for a heater). Staff was kind, attentive and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious. I couldn't have wished for a better accommodation.

極端反差的一家酒店，土夯的農民房，雙卧複式套房國慶節高達1.2w一晚的價格。一樓卧室沒有空調，衹有吊扇和冷風扇，二樓有個空調，一晚上嗡嗡嗡響。廁所門很矮，需要彎腰進去，一不留神就撞頭，窗小的可憐，整酒店幾乎沒有電燈，樓下的照明基本靠手機電筒。酒店兩個優點，一個是位置和古城融為一體，酒店即古城，且衹有住客能進去；第二是點滿蠟燭以後的震撼感，非常出片，像極了一千零一夜的童話場景。餐飲很好，吃了晚餐和早餐，個人建議三餐都在酒店內，比古城那些網紅靠譜多了。體驗感拉滿的一家酒店，相比後面住的悦榕莊和哈比塔斯，這家絕對值得打卡，但不能對硬件要求太高，夏季或許不適合去，秋冬季絕對合適，每一張照片都會有童話感

服務員進門會先介紹酒店歷史，還會讓選擇一款房間內使用的香薰。會有專人帶着介紹酒店設施，小姐姐還幫忙拍照，非常nice。房間很有意境，雖然沒有燈但是有空調和電扇，不會熱。健身房設施齊全，還有露天泳池，離古城非常近。早餐很好吃，酒店住客不多，很清靜。很特別的體驗，值得來。

這家是我來埃爾奧拉最出乎意料的！不管服務還是各方面都超悦榕莊幾倍，早餐也很好吃，晚上整個酒店點滿蠟燭在這個古鎮真的讓人覺得特別棒！以後我還會再次來體驗的

優點：在老城區旁邊，建築本身就是歷史的一部分，晚上點蠟燭儀式感很強。
幾點不足：
1，我所住的雙大床套間，一層衞生間淋浴是壞的，沒有熱水衹有冷水，維修工檢查了半小時表示無法修復。作為一個精品酒店入住前沒有告知這個情況，實在是不應該。
2，房間沒空調，晚上衹能用風扇通風降温，但是客廳的風扇凌晨三點左右忽然停轉，房間温度快速升高，嚴重影響睡眠。
希望酒店能認真對待客人，不要出現這麼低級的紕漏。
