這個酒店真的非常非常棒！酒店的設施非常新，很紮實，品質很好！最關鍵的是，酒店的老闆是真的用心在幫助我們。我到的時候已經是晚上十點半，老闆專門等着我們，辦理入住並幫忙提拿行李，感覺真的賓至如歸！熱水更好，有游泳池，門口就是停車場，早餐温馨且豐盛！下次來土耳其還住你們家！而且我已經介紹朋友來了！

I just had an amazing short holiday at Zaena Hotel & More in Alaçatı! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. I loved the beautiful decor and the delicious breakfast every morning. The location is perfect for exploring the charming streets and nearby beaches. I would like to special thank Mrs. Reyhan, the hotel's GM, for thinking of everything down to the smallest detail to please her guests. I can't wait to return for another getaway!!

Henüz yaz gelmeden yaptığımız bir tatilde olsa çok keyif aldık sakin huzurlu bir tatil oldu. Her konuda güler yüzle büyük bir ilgi ile yardımcı olundu. Kendimizi resmen evimizde hissettik. Kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin el yapımı ve taze olması ayrıca hoşumuza gitti. Odamızı da beğenip temizliğinden memnun kaldık. Her detay ve ürün özenle düşünülmüş. Evimize dönmek istemedik. Bir organizasyon için arkadaşlarla gittik. Öncelikle odalara bayıldım. Çok güzel döşenmiş, şık, ferah, rahat, temiz ve aydınlık. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissettiren güler yüzlü, içten bir hizmetle güzel bir zaman geçirdik. Kahvaltısını çok beğendim. Alaçatı’da olup gürültü kirliliğinin dışında olması büyük avantaj. Biz Ocak ayında gittik. Şansımıza hava çok güzeldi. Havuz başı keyfinde yaptık, soba başı keyfide. Sonuç keyifli, huzurlu ve harika bir tatil. Teşekkürler Zaena Hotel Ailesi.

Çok memnun kaldık. Her detay belli ki düşünülmüş ve özenle yapılmış bir butik otel. Odalar tertemiz. Lokasyon harika. Palmiye ağaçları arasında. Alaçatı merkeze yürüme mesafesi olması çok iyi. O kalabalık ve tantananın içinde değil, sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortamı var. Yılbaşı için 3 çift gittik. Otel sahipleri bizi sanki evimizde gibi hissettirdi. O kadar keyif aldık ki otelden dışarı çıkasımız gelmedi :)

Das Hotel Zaena überzeugt durch seine hervorragende Lage – die Altstadt von Alacati ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und geschmackvoll sowie hochwertig eingerichtet. Sowohl das Personal als auch die Besitzer sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns in vielen Situationen tatkräftig unterstützt, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, und auch mittags kann à la carte bestellt werden. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, selbst wenn dies nicht immer notwendig wäre, was den hohen Standard des Service widerspiegelt. Besonders empfehlen können wir den Pool, da er nicht mit Chlor, sondern mit Salzwasser gefüllt ist. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Hotel, das wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können.

Zaena otel beklentimizi tam anlamıyla karşıladı. Öncelikle otelin konumu harika, hem merkeze çok kısa yürüme mesafesinde hem de huzurlu ve sakin. Odaları gerçekten zevkle döşenmiş, şık ve kaliteli. Yastık seçeneği olması da uyku kalitemizi arttırdı. Kahvaltıdan gerçekten çok memnun kaldık, hem sunumu hem de kalitesi harikaydı. Pişi ve karışık kızartma tabağı favorimizdi. Öğleden sonra havuz keyfi ve kokteyl seçeneklerini de tavsiye ederim. Park yeri imkanı olması da ayrı bir yıldız hakediyor. Teşekkürler Zaena Hotel. Yeniden görüşmek üzere.
