This hotel felt like home away from home!!! We wer welcomed with such warmth every time we arrived back. Elena on reception couldn't do enough for us - she really helped us fit in as much as possible in order to get the full experience of Alaçatı in just 2 days. She was very patient and genuinely interested in our wants and needs. All staff at the hotel wer equally as friendly and helpful!!! İt was clean - stylish - pretty - comfortable and had the perfect location close enough to walk to most destinations.

We stayed 2 nights… air condition was not working evendough they tried to fix it.. the BED was extremly uncomfortamle which we tried to sleep upside down.. 3 things were great; reception peronel’s interest; the service at the bar and the location… I would not recommend any of my friends to this hotel

Might be the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. Cats were wandering all over the closed areas of the hotel. I stated that I was allergic and that I could never stay there and that I wanted a full refund, but they only gave a 1-day refund. We stayed at the hotel for 1 day, but it was such a bad day that I wouldn't go if they said come and host me right now. There is no hot water in the hotel in September. We took a cold shower. The beds and sheets are filthy and stained. There was even a personal belonging of the guest who had previously stayed in the room. I definitely don't think it was given after being cleaned. We stated that we did not want to benefit from breakfast because cats were wandering everywhere in the morning. We said we should just buy Turkish coffee and they said that they do not serve Turkish coffee in the morning. That's it for the service concept. Definitely do not waste your money, this is a place where hygiene and service are unfortunately zero.

Das ganze Zimmer war nicht geputzt, vorallem das Badezimmer. Alles sehr staubig.
Kein zimmerservice am Morgen, mussten jeweils die Tücher unten bei der Rezeption holen.
