Great
GGuest UserGood hotel, but not for a beach holiday!!! Gorgeous lobby and reception area!!! Great food and service!!! Absolutely not thought out territory, everything is very uncomfortable, bad pools and areas next to them, very bad mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing of the rooms!!! You can only go here as a business hotel for 1-3 days!!! For the third day, we ask you to make us play a volleyball court, but only promises, everyone has already been crippled on it !!! I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday!
GGuest UserI wasn't expecting this many facilities at this price.
Value for money 10/10. Never seen anything like that before in this price.Go for all inclusive, there are 3 buffet meals and many other things going all the day.The buffet were very good , Extensive menu in buffet meals.
If you need anything in the room ,they will help you within 5 minutes.
HHakimuThe view from the hotel is amazing. You get a clear view of the beach along with a partial view of the mountains and the city which is amazing. There is a balcony so you can sit there and enjoy the view to your hearts content and this view does not get old or boring. The hotel is however far from the main city which is Kaleci or Lara beach and it takes a good 15 minute drive to get there which gets expensive by taxi. The hotel is big with a huge lobby and offer everything from a pool table to a spa. It has a patisserie which is part of the all inclusive and you can eat ice cream and other goodies there as well as relax in their lounges. The food and the constant snacks keep one full and happy. Pool is also amazing. All in all the hotel had a lot of things to offer and was definitely value for money. Rooms however were quite small.
MMexicanMermaidPerfect location! Walking distance to everything! Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The room is cozy and bed comfortable.i stayed here 2 weeks and it felt like home. There is a restaurant next door that plays loud music until midnight so if you go to bed early and are a light sleeper donot stay in room 103. I stayed in that room one night and changed rooms. Pool side room or rooms in B building are much quiter. I opted for the dinner option and the restaurant was very good! I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserGreat hotel at a perfect location, right in front of the train station, Murat pasa, directly opposite the large mall with shops, eating places and entertainment. From the hotel, there are many many Ottoman and Roman historical monuments, mosques and other places of attraction. It sits on the road of high Street which contains many shops and eating places, and bazaars. The harbour and castle are also very near.
Muratpasa mosque, built in 1570, is only 3 minutes away, so convenient for those who which to pray at a mosque and hear the call of prayer from the hotel.
We were only there for two nights, before we relocated to our resort. It was only about 20 minutes from Antalya airport, so was convenient after a late flight from the UK. The staff there ready to welcome you. Some staff also speak Arabic. They were helpful with any inquiries.
The breakfast which we added on was basic but very good. It was served in the restaurant located on level 1. We had the best sweetest watermelon ever! There were a range of breads, salads, eggs, and cereals. It was clean. The staff member there was friendly.
Our room was on the 6th (top) floor. Which was good for a nice view. You could see the tram right below and the mall right opposite. The rooms were spacious for our family of 5. It looked like it was freshly redecorated as I could smell fresh paint. The air conditioning was very good once you figure out what the symbols mean (unless you understand Turkish or use Google translate).
It was neat and basic. The fridge wasn't on when we went but (imo) that would be a waste to run an empty fridge, but once we were there and the key card was in, the fridge cooled our drinks pretty quickly. There is a 'Turkish' double kettle and complementary tea and coffee.
A highly recommended hotel for a sight seeing holiday. Great value for Money.
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect.
The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option.
The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited.
When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open.
The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit
The ensuite fantastic for all needs.
All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments
GGuest UserWe loved the hotel , we booked the normal deluxe room with a city view we liked the room so much we booked again for a king suite when we came back to Antalya! Beautiful hotel with good breakfast and lovely service!
GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
ИИгорьПетровHotel was shot for 24 hours. The room is small but everything is available. Breakfast is included, Swedish table. Staff is kind, love animals. Cosy hotel. There is a swimming pool but it is located in a closed area from the sun.
DDanish ShadabNot very satisfied with the room size and other services. I booked my room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Set breakfast with minimum spread. Dinner was also set with only three options to choose from.
