We checked into Aria Riva after a bad experience with another hotel. We got a good price for a last minute deal on ***********. We were relieved to find somewhere clean, welcoming and to add luxury to our stay in Alanya. Our experience was positive throughout, we made use of the kitchen, living area and heating with it being winter and us being British. The room was cleaned and had fresh towels daily. The room itself has beautiful views we could watch the sunrise over the mountain and limited sea view. The beach was a short walk from the hotel with lots of nearby supermarkets, you would have to venture a little further for restaurants giving the time of year. We used the Turkish baths within the hotel for 50 euros which was a relaxing experience and made use of the gym daily which has everything you need for a good workout. Our flight was later that evening and they were kind enough to let us keep our room for no extra charge until 3pm. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice location, nice suite, not very well sound insulated. The big bed was in fact 2 small beds side by side as it is often the case in some hotels. However, the bed legs combined to the flooring caused the beds to split as soon as we were moving a bit...

We had the pleasure of staying at Aria Riva Apart Hotel in Alanya, and it was a delightful experience in many ways. The hotel is located within walking distance of Kleopatra Beach, which is incredibly convenient for beach lovers. **Location:** The hotel is fantastically located, just a short walk from the beautiful Kleopatra Beach, one of Alanya's most popular beaches. There are also many shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, making it easy to explore the city. **Rooms and Facilities:** The rooms at Aria Riva are small but cozily furnished. They have everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers good Wifi and a very well-equipped fitness room, which was a nice bonus. **Food:** The food at the hotel was, like much else, mediocre but definitely not bad. It was adequate for the price and satisfactory enough to get us through the days without any issues. **Service and Price:** We experienced an unexpected and pleasant surprise with our booking. Due to an error on the hotel's part, we got our stay for a unique price of only 50€ for 7 nights - not per night, but for the entire week! The hotel admitted the mistake and did not charge us extra, which we truly appreciated. This showed a high level of integrity and customer service, making our stay even better. **Overall Experience:** Alanya is a wonderful city, and it was nice to stay at Aria Riva Apart Hotel. Even though we naturally got a lot for our money due to the pricing error, we would still highly recommend this hotel to others. The hotel was really nice, and the staff too. The room was perfectly cleaned every day, by the housekeeping. They were very helpful when we missed something or needed anything. We also tried the hamam and massage, loved it. The food was also good. We would love to come back to this hotel and we will recommend it to all of our friends when they go to Alanya.

European hotel in Alanya. Great service and good food at the lobby restaurant. I highly advise to select deluxe suites as they are much more comfortable. Hotels looks very new and fresh, but be carefull on the stairs :)
