Aqi Pegasos Club

This place has captured our hearts over the past few years and after visiting many other all inclusives this one tops them all by a country mile and then some! The whole site across the three hotels (Royal, Resort & Club) is kept spotlessly clean with the grounds exceptionally maintained and the scenery just beautiful, There are plenty of pools to choose from across the 3 venues which will help to keep you cool and the lovely sandy beach and crystal clear sea on the doorstep is simply stunning with sunbeds free to use for all guests. Food is plentiful with so much choice that you will not go hungry at all. The thing that makes this place outstanding and memorable are all the staff who work so hard with smiles on their faces at all times. Everyone is so approachable and so friendly from the cleaning and maintenance staff right up to the management team who will approach you and make sure that you’re having the best time. A special shout out to the Entertainment team who all work so hard adding to the enjoyment of your stay. We stayed at the Royal and have to say a huge thank you to Ekin, Abdullah, Maicom and Umit who will keep you all entertained throughout your stay. Also big thanks to Adnan and staff at the Buddha bar who will ensure your glasses never run dry and to Tarik and his team in the restaurant who greet and treat you like a long lost friends, always going over and above any expectations. Thanks to all of you for another memorable stay and I’m sure we will see you again in the not too distant future.

This is our 3rd time returning to Pegasos royal and every time it has been fantastic. We went as a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children ages 8 and 10 months. We never normally return to the same hotel but we could not resist as we always have such an amazing time. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. I want to specifically say how fantastic Abdullah, Ümit, Dilara was in the entertainment team. They always went out of there way for us and made my children feel so special honestly cannot thank them enough. I also want to say a massive thank you to the shop owners downstairs, they are always so friendly and always remember us. The food hall staff are also so attentive and work so hard and definitely need some praise too. We always look forward to seeing them when we go and just them alone make us want to return. I’m sure this will not be our last holiday there. We can’t wait to return!

Hotel Pegasos Royal is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The hotel has so much to offer - a lot of pools with water slides, tennis courts, archery class, a game centre, SPA with amazing hammam massage, and more. Also, the beach is very close, because the hotel is right next to the seaside. But the best experience here was meeting THE PEOPLE - whole hotel Staff is extraordinary, especially restaurant chef Tarik - he is the kindest person you will ever meet! Tarik and his whole crew are totally amazing people who are always smiling! If you just smile back, I'm sure they'll make you feel special and take care of you during your stay here! I recommend staying at the Pegasos Royal - you'll have the time of your life here!

We visited pegasos royal in September this year for 2 weeks with 2 young children (2&4). Room was a good size with the children staying in the 2 sofa beds. We asked for a bed guard for the 2 year old. We had a great time, immaculate hotel with very friendly staff. Bedroom wise, recommend asking for a non slip shower mat as the shower is slippy. Our kids don’t like showers so we bought the cheapest little paddling pool in the shop and used that in shower as an impromptu bath. Tv has a few kids programs. With the balcony doors shut you can’t hear anything from outside. The resort is incredible; you have access to all 3 hotels. In our opinion the royal is the best for kids, close to both the royal and resort pools and closest to the water park. Beach is 2 mins from the pool and there’s a great pomade walk across all 3 hotels. We literally spent all day hopping back and forth between beach and pool. The restaurant food was incredible and the staff made our trip for us. Special shout out to Hasan Dag, and incredible waiter who made sure we always had everything we needed at lunch and dinner. Honourable mentions to Tarik and Serhat who both made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast, with Tarik frequently treating our children to handmade boats and flowers. They were very entertained. The life guards on site are brilliant, very vigilant especially with all the water slides. It was our main concern going away with children that cannot swim yet, but we felt very safe. Highly recommend going, great value for money, great weather and great staff. Our only recommendation would be to make the kids mini discos earlier. Music starts playing in the amphitheater at 8pm and the disco starts at 8:30. I can understand for older children this might be good but there’s not much for younger ones, and outside of school holidays it’s mostly children younger than 5. 7:30 would have been perfect timing for just some music from the dj for the kids to dance to in the amphitheater.

My experience at this hotel has been amazing I’ve had the best time, the staff are outstanding like Ata from the waiter staff omer from the game room and many more all the staff are friendly and welcoming I have nothing bad to say about this place the food 9/10 the staff 10/10 the rooms 10/10 the pools 10/10 .the view is just amazing, and it’s nice that the beach is a 30 second walk away from the hotel if you are looking for a really nice hotel in turkey pick this one there is a shopping centre out side, taxis and many adventures through the hotel/Tui.I did the quad safari it was beautiful and fun definitely recommend that. And a extra thanks to Ata for always serving us and saving us a table please try out this hotel it’s my favourite holiday and I will be coming again.

We stayed at the AQI Pegasos Royal for two weeks in August 2025. The hotel itself is very clean and staff are working on its upkeep 24 hours a day. We were particularly impressed with how well cleaned our room was throughout the stay and the little touches left by the cleaning staff made you feel like real care and attention had been paid to ensuring your room was comfortable for your stay. They also provided plenty of clean towel each day and 2 litre bottles of water were available at all times. We used the main restaurant for breakfast and lunch each day, and for 12 nights for our evening meal. The quality of the food was great and the selection was superb. There were a few themed nights which we really enjoyed and I never felt like I’d had the same thing repeatedly each day. Our son is a fussy eater yet he didn’t struggle in this restaurant as he has done in other all inclusive we’ve stayed in. In fact, he ate the best he’s ever eaten at any time! The staff in the restaurant were exceptional! Being creatures of habit, we sat in the same section each mealtime and were very well looked after by ATA and his team. The small touches like remembering our drinks orders for each different meal showed great customer service and care! ATA was a really positive aspect of our holiday given the attention to detail he put into ensuring our mealtimes were enjoyable and that we were happy with everything. The care and attention to detail was also experienced in other parts of the hotel where the staff showed great customer service. As an at the Buddha Bar also remembered our drinks orders and would ensure you always had a drink in your hand without having to leave your seat! We used the pool in the Royal most days as it was nearest to our room. The sunbed situation is that if you want poolside beds, then you do have to get up early to get your preferred spot. This wasn’t an issue for me being an early riser, and I used the quiet time around the pool to catch up on reading! The pool areas were very clean and again, staff were constantly round there cleaning up and brushing away puddles of water that could’ve been hazardous. The lifeguards were excellent, very vigilant and made you feel safe using the pools. The pool in the Resort hotel is much bigger and we used this on a few occasions. There is also an indoor pool which we used a few times, mainly for a break from the extreme heat (it was above 40 most of our stay!) and also as an alternative when the pools were closed due to either someone being sick (happened twice during our stay) or because a child had poo’d in there (happened once). This is an unfortunate hazard with family holidays and it isn’t exclusive to this hotel as it’s happened to us in other family hotels. The pool staff were very quick to clear the pools when these issues arose. The slides were brilliant and kept our son (11yo) happy each day!
