If you’re considering Serenity Queen Hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! This place is an absolute disaster, and the management is completely incompetent.
1. Unreachable and Unhelpful Staff
From the moment I arrived, I realized that getting any kind of assistance from the hotel was impossible. The front desk is either empty or run by people who don’t care. When I tried calling, the phone just rang endlessly with no one picking up. Emails? Ignored. Imagine having an urgent issue and not being able to reach anyone—frustrating is an understatement!
2. Refusing to Acknowledge or Assist Guests
I had an issue with my booking and needed help from the hotel management. Instead of assisting me, they completely ignored my case, refused to respond to inquiries, and left me stranded. A professional hotel would at least acknowledge concerns and try to help. This hotel does neither.
3. No Accountability – Zero Customer Service
The management clearly does not care about guests. Instead of working to resolve problems, they disappear, making you deal with everything on your own. The fact that even the booking platform couldn't reach them says everything you need to know—this place is a joke.
4. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
A hotel that refuses to communicate with guests or address issues is not worth your time or money. Serenity Queen Hotel is a nightmare, run by incompetent management who should not be in the hospitality industry. If you want a stress-free stay, choose literally anywhere else.

I came on 9 th of October , they didn’t have a room with a see view , that I booked. So they gave us a room on ground floor. And ask to wait 1 day. Next day , they showed me a room on the 5 th floor , with “see view” but not really , it was a beton ballony , so if you r siting down , on the chair , you r looking not on the see , but straight into the wall ! I asked to change room , and of course they told that I need to wait 1 day more . Funny ? To wait 2 days from 10 that I have . So I asked to make a refund of money , it’s 25 euro per day for my stay . And they said that it’s immpossible , because it’s my fault that I don’t like the room . So . That’s the story of my staying .

The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center. The service in the hotel was on a high level - the staff was always very friendly, positive and smiling. Very clean rooms and restaurants. They are changing the towels every day. The restaurants are good and delicious, but I would expect a little bit more diversity for a 5* hotel. Amazing deserts though! The bars are also great with bottled beers and non-alcoholic drinks, which is rare in other hotels. There is also a coffee point with Starbucks working almost all day! Very nice playgrounds at the beach and at the hotel both under shadow all day! Water slides for the small ones and for adults as well! Special thanks to Abdullah and Seyhmus Etres! I would recommend Serenity Queen and I would definitely come back again!

Just got back from the hotel was very pleasing, good food, good hygiene and very good staff especially the manager durmus he was very helpful and made me and my family’s experience so much better. The late night shows are better than expected. There was a Turkish day when we were there which was a very fun experience had a lot of activities and traditional food, thete was also a concert which was amazing layout was perfect. Overall amazing hotel for families and couples would recommend to go.

Our second year at Serenity Queen and for sure, we will come back. The place is wonderfull with a perfect concept. Room are clean. The food are wonderfull. All the team are doing a perfect work and make us feel like home. Many tanks to Abdullah muhammed
