If you’re considering Serenity Queen Hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! This place is an absolute disaster, and the management is completely incompetent.
1. Unreachable and Unhelpful Staff
From the moment I arrived, I realized that getting any kind of assistance from the hotel was impossible. The front desk is either empty or run by people who don’t care. When I tried calling, the phone just rang endlessly with no one picking up. Emails? Ignored. Imagine having an urgent issue and not being able to reach anyone—frustrating is an understatement!
2. Refusing to Acknowledge or Assist Guests
I had an issue with my booking and needed help from the hotel management. Instead of assisting me, they completely ignored my case, refused to respond to inquiries, and left me stranded. A professional hotel would at least acknowledge concerns and try to help. This hotel does neither.
3. No Accountability – Zero Customer Service
The management clearly does not care about guests. Instead of working to resolve problems, they disappear, making you deal with everything on your own. The fact that even the booking platform couldn't reach them says everything you need to know—this place is a joke.
4. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
A hotel that refuses to communicate with guests or address issues is not worth your time or money. Serenity Queen Hotel is a nightmare, run by incompetent management who should not be in the hospitality industry. If you want a stress-free stay, choose literally anywhere else.
