Very modern and newly furnished hotel with bar, restaurant, pool, etc.
The staff is extremely friendly.
The room is very clean and offers a wonderful view of Alanya harbor.
The hotel's own restaurant is highly recommended. Excellent dishes are offered for a relatively acceptable price.

It is a new hotel, some of the finishing touches are very poor and the staff have a lot to learn. The rooms were not cleaned unless asked, sides were not whipped, bed sheets did not fit bed, no English TV channels, drunk Russians around pool with glasses being dropped in the pool and around, we told the staff and they moaned it was wrong but carried on.. we had to pay extra for a croissant for a breakfast that was included within the booking… When you get a taxi from town they want to take extra long way… don’t do that ! Tell them there is a road opposite to drop off on… The Hotel sunbeds are the most comfortable I have ever been on and the cocktails are lovely… There is some teething problems, I suspect I would stay again for the price we got it for…. The hotel is half there with service, the staff just need more training.

Very modern and elegant place. The whole area is cozy, letting you relax. We've spend there great time getting as much comfort as possible. Pool area is perfect to relax in a very hot days with amazing stuff which makes sure that you're having the best time. Kuntay (one of the stuff member) is constantly making sure that we're comfortable, on the wished spots and with desired coctails :) his appearance make us feel really relaxed and in the right place for our vacation, what we find very important considering that we've stayed here for the whole week (thanks to him, other stuff members and the atmosphere we've extended our stay from 1 day to 7 with no regrets). We're surely coming back!

We've checked in for one night but the atmosphere and hotel itself surprised us so much that weve extended our stay twice in total of 5 days. Rooms are super clean and modern (not very big but we'll organized and comfortable). All area around the hotel is very clean and Cosy (from restaurant to pool and the ways between the areas). We were served daily with delicious breakfast (included in the price). Staff is very friendly, helpful and make sure that you're relaxed as much as possible. The hotel is taken care of with the smallest details (nice shower gel which are really foamy :), great sponges, soaps which doesn't dehydrate your skin, great working equipment, comfortable bed on which we slept amazing, good working airco, nice pool with small Jacuzzi, own parking area, close to the city center but you still need to use a car if you don't like walking too much :), sponges on the sunbeds are super comfy and amount of beds let you always find your spot :). Bar by the pool serve nice cocktails (additional price) but they will surely make you happy with any your request. Entertainment manager Metin is making really good job with giving all necessary informations and advises regarding spending the day or night in the nearby areas, great small talks during the day - people love it :) We can't complain about anything and we will surely come back to Ada Port :)

Our experience at Ada Port Hotel was unforgettable. The hotel is really clean and has really good staff who all speak English. We also had private pool at our room. The breakfast was delicious every single day, the food from the restaurant was really good and the drinks by the pool were perfect. Kunay was there 7 days a week at the pool and gave us the best service every single day, from servicing to keeping the area clean. Everything was above all expectations and we will 100% come again.

A new boutique hotel with a stunning infinity pool & sea view. Super friendly staff, who really put in that extra to help. Especially Kuntay at the pool bar and Tuba at the reception, both really gave me that extra service that made my stay great!! Only thing is that me, and other guests I talked to felt so sorry for the pool staff, who were the only staff around daytime that had to work in long(!?) pants in 40 degrees… it hurted me to see how they constantly was so sweaty and having to work in the sun.

For safety No guarantee as promised by the hotel on our own cars despite cameras! Our windshield was damaged on the hotel property/parking lot and the cameras apparently couldn't find anything. We were assured at the beginning that the parking lot was a safe place with video surveillance, which is why we parked our car there in the first place, but now we have a huge crack in the window and the hotel just wanted to fob us off. The crack in the window looks like someone had hit it or thrown a stone at it. They said they would get in touch with us and when there was no answer, we drove to the hotel and asked if there was any news, but to no avail because they then said the hotel manager was in the hospital and they couldn't speak to anyone. Now two weeks have passed and to this day no one has contacted us. For a hotel that is supposed to be so modern and new, we were treated very badly and our problem was not taken seriously. In the lobby only the receptionist spoke to us and the guy in the office didn't even have the honor of coming out and speaking to us. They just fobbed us off, or rather tried to get rid of us by making excuses and offered us no concessions. In the end we sent the bill to the hotel manager and there was no reply. Ridiculous behavior. No security for your belongings.
