The location is excellent! Room was clean and tidy, but there was no shower gel or shampoo. The food was fresh.

I want to write about our stay at this hotel. And it was really unpleasant. We arrived at the hotel at 3 am. We were greeted by a not very nice employee, but... after checking in, he escorted us to our room. My husband and I were tired from the trip. We hurried to bed quickly. Just as we started to doze off, the door was being forced open, and it was getting more and more aggressive. It was a good thing we had put on the chain on the door. We didn't realize what was happening. The same administrator or whoever it was who let us into this room appeared and brought another new person. We were shocked. The next day, when we went to the bar, we asked what alcoholic drinks and cocktails were served. Our vacation was sold out. Everything was included. We were told that beer, which was like a pint, vodka, gin with lemonade, and wine. If you want another cocktail, you have to buy it. Room cleaning more precisely, untidiness, because in 10 days the maid came a couple of times, changed the sheets and that's it, no vacuuming, no towels changed, after a few days, we threw the towels on the ground to change them, and what happened, when we returned to the room, the same towels were beautifully laid out on the bed, we had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper, the food is terrible, breakfast starts at 8 am. When we arrived at 8.30 we didn't get any refills, the dishes were half empty. Cockroaches all over the hotel, whether you go to the hotel toilet or the room, they are very big, there is no peace, the number of people is really not enough, even though in a 4 star hotel smoking is everywhere, we who are non-smokers were suffocating and couldn't be there because the room was closed inside, we just went out, went to eat and drink at the restaurant, very tasty and cheap food, one day, while waiting for dinner there was a staff meeting, while we were sitting down, the employees got into a fight, they didn't even come to apologize for the unpleasant experience, we really felt uncomfortable. So I wouldn't advise staying at this hotel. Be careful

It was an amazing time... hotel is high recommend!!!! My holiday assistant service "BERKAN" he has a lot of knowledge about the city, the local customs, and trips to places worth visiting!! he suggested us a trip to ancient places, as me and my mother were looking for such places! I must say that he is competent and I felt very taken care of!!! thank you and I recommend the hotel as well as our young man "BERKAN"

Truly amazing hotel! Everything you need is just steps away from shops to bars. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and for the first time ever on holiday i truly felt so welcomed. Special thanks to Mahsun Yüksel the adviser he was absolutely fantastic!!! thanks to him i booked unforgettable trips that I wouldn’t have managed without his help. He’s always quick to respond to anything you need incredibly helpful and made us feel very safe during our time abroad! We are all looking forward coming back.

The rooms are great but the room service is awful didnt come in to clean. Resturant staff happy to help some don't have great English. If you need anything Mesut is amazing cant do enough for you and can speak English. The reception staff are rude and usually outside on break together. Location is great beach across the road but on the private beach ypu have to pay 6 euros each for a seat and umbrella. The shops near by you can haggle so irs good. Overall would give a 7.5/10 The food is a bit repetitive but overall good I am a fussy eater with celiac and lactose intolerant but I found something every meal time

On arrival we checked in we thought the place was decent for the price Until we arrived into the dinning room for lunch the food is so bland and disgusting. You feel like an inconvenience to the waiters for saying Something It was happy hour at the hotel they was giving cocktails out I asked for one there was none left I go that’s fine I go and sit down at my table and the waiter brings me a drink and I gagged in the dinning hall it was so embarrassing I went up to the waiter and said try this they just walked away was not bothered the drink tasted nasty I would rather have drank my own urine. My room was not cleaned for 2 days no fresh towels I asked 3 times and i did not get my towels till 12pm. The worker said bon appetite to take the piss knowing I had complained about the food We only went to get water and cola from the ALL INCLUSIVE. The hotel was not willing to accommodate their guests they said get a refund and go to a different hotel if you not happy. I was happy with the room is was decent but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable The first 3 night sleeps I was moaning and crying as my back was in so much pain but towards the end my back got used to there hard beds if you want a good night sleep avoid this place but if it’s just a place to keep your bags and get some rest it’s perfect for you

Well I don’t know where to start really, just a really crap hotel. Food absolutely atrocious, only decent thing was the bread. All inclusive means food and drinks more or less when you want it. But here breakfast crap. Lunch crappier and dinner even crappier. Then at 3 pm on the dot a little table appears with biscuits and cut up oranges on. Staff mainly rude. Drinks watered down. Room had a funny smell to it and balcony was dark and looked over the back of businesses. The entertainment was none existent. A women in a belly dancing outfit appeared one night for ten minutes in the dining room, wobbled around a bit then left. No where to sit and relax like a lounge area. A bit of a room up some stairs that shut at 10 on the dot, whether you were chatting with friends and wanting to stay longer, it was lights out locked up and off you all go to bed. Hotel completely locked down for the night at 10 on. It was that bad at this hotel it was funny. Miles from the airport, people just don’t bother going. I was lucky I was with lovely friends who made the experience manageable. I will pay that little bit extra next time I book somewhere for a better hotel.

This was possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was diabolical, repetitive and dull, The all inclusive drinks were gin, vodka or beer which were weak and I believe, watered down. Any other alcoholic beverages were an extra 10 euros each. The afternoon snacks consisted of some biscuits set up on a makeshift table beside the pool. The bar closed at 10pm prompt at night. The staff were mostly sullen and unhelpful although some did try. Others were rude and dismissive. The bathroom door had clearly had a hole punched in it which had been filled with filler of some kind. The shower lever was stuck and when we asked for assistance none came and a fellow guest mended this for us. There are signs up throughout the hotel stating what guests should not do and the consequences of not adhering to this "the staff will get payment" made the whole experience unwelcoming and miserable. The domestic staff were the best thing about this place. They did a good job and kept our room clean. The Spa downstairs was nice but I suspect this isn't a part of the hotel. There is also a guy that walks round touting for customers for a tattoo parlour which is expensive. Please avoid this hotel like the plague and don't waste your money.
