Absolutely lovely little hotel, situated near Kleopatra beach. Lots of shopping, markets restaurants near by. Little rooms, beautiful scenery to seaside, good bed and pillow. Staff is very kind and helpful, the food and cook is the best in the world🩷. I recommend👍

Just come back from Alanya stayed 2 days in this hotel,receptionist are very rude, food is disgusting,I ve been food poisoned, bathroom is filthy, fridge disgusting,with same money you can find much much better hotels in the are dont fall the advertisement!!!!

I was in this help from 14-16.09.2022. When I came to the hotel, I was greeted with a Hi'' by a woman with black hair. I didn't get the info on breakfast or what other services they have. When I went to my room the air conditioner wasn't working because they didn't tell me about how it works, so I called...shortly came this receptionist with a kid running in my room.... so unprofessional. I will just say the 2 ladies at the reception were BAD I felt like I'm stay for free. The rooms were quiet ok, big, clean, and sea view. However, the hotel is very old and needs a touch u. Let me not forget the man who used to be at the reception at night, he was good and ready to help. 14th was my birthday, so I wanted to try the Turkish bath, in this hotel they had which was 300liri I was told... Thank God I didn't pay. Got to find out, the 2 men who do the bath, were the ones trying to HIT on me in the swimming pool... just wow. I gave it a 2 star only because I had a sea view and a min to walk to the main street.

We stayed with my sister for 4 nights. They did not change our sheets without us telling them. When we asked for them to be changed, they snapped. I definitely do not recommend it in terms of hygiene, we have been itching since we arrived. There was no soap in the sink, we bought it ourselves from outside. The food was always the same and bad, only the main course changed. They served the same watermelon for 4 days. Since a dessert similar to shredded wheat had not been eaten for 4 days, it was opened for service, we did not see any other dessert presentation. The drinks are paid, they do not belong to the hotel, only the guy there served them to us. The hotel is very old, friends, there is never any variety in the breakfast, there was the same thing every day. The interior of the hotel is old, there is no music or entertainment, it is not hygienic at all, I definitely do not recommend it

We were treated beyond our expectations. Although they tried to be cheerful, unfortunately the food was reheated and served, the variety was poor. They do not give drinks other than water because we did not get lunch even though we bought a pension in the morning and evening, only a few gentlemen on duty offered, but this is our right. It is really shameful that they offend us by saying you cannot get coffee. Room cleaning should be done every day without us saying it, towels should be changed, but it is not done without us saying it. There is a parking problem. There may be music in the evenings, etc. It was a business that I would not recommend.

Very friendly staff works. They made us feel like at home. We had a very nice and peaceful time with my family. I would especially like to thank Ms. Fadime for her interest. We will go again as soon as possible. I would recommend it to everyone.

It is a very good hotel in terms of being in the city center and close to the bus station. Breakfast is standard and sufficient. The castle and sea views of the rooms are truly wonderful. I recommended it to my friends before even leaving the hotel. Great for having fun and relaxing
