Room was a poor standard for the price we paid. Food the same every night with not much choice. No snacks included in the all inclusive option only breakfast lunch and dinner. Reps are very pushy, one came over pestering whilst we were eating. I was travelling with my son who is type 1 diabetic, asked for a diet coke and was given normal coke, luckily i tested it as he could have ended up in hospital. They stop serving drinks at 10 to 11 at night, which wouldnt be a problem if there was a kettle in the rooms. Pool is only open 10-6 in peak summertime. I've been alanya many times and would not stay at this hotel again. It's a shame as it has a lot of potential as the location of it is great. Highly recommend yeniacun apartments around the corner or anahtar apartments.

Pros - The hotel is clean and for the most part acceptable. There were some unmet expectations but for the most part, our travel agency was to blame for it. The staff was nice overall. Cons - The wifi ... just horrible. You have to pay 2 euros per device and will still drop every 5 minutes. DO NOT come here if you need a steady wifi for work. The food is plenty but, quite bad the few exceptions are usually taken within minutes and not restocked. Advisable for hunger games fans. The gym ... what gym? There is a bar (One love reggae bar) next to the hotel and they will play loud music through the night. The beach isn't the cleanest either, both water and sand. This hasn't been the worst experience but still wouldn't repeat.

Melissa is know for it's friendly staff. We paid litte extra and got a bigger room towards the pool and with a nice sea view. This is an all inclusive hotel and even though the hygiene seemed to be good, I got sick and had to stay three days in the hotel room.

This is the worst hotel in alanya ...service what you except and what you get are 2 different worlds , very rude people are working in this hotel .there is a woman working at the reception is like a shittt.never ever again.

My wife and I had booked a double room and were put in a single room which had a double bed. Only one bedside lamp was on in the room, nothing else. We are both 74 years old and were given a room across from which a music shed made noise every evening until 1 a.m., making sleep impossible. Our balcony was never cleaned. We will never book this hotel again.

Живописное место, отличный пляж, отель очень хороший, чисто, уютно. Очень приветливый персонал. Кормят вкусно! Для тройки просто шикарно, в четвёрках такого не было. Фрукты - сочные, свежие! С алкоголем тоже все хорошо, вкусное пиво и белое винишко! Рекомендую!

Наша очередная поездка в Турцию состоялась в мае 2023 года. Мы снова поехали в Аланию, где в этот раз мы жили напротив последнего 22 пляжа. Отель небольшой, семейный, но с очень хорошей командой персонала, которая обеспечивает очень комфортное проживание своим гостям. Сразу после приезда в отель в первой половине дня менеджер ресепшен мадам Nuran предоставила нам номер в блоке А с видом на море. С балкона номера открывался прекрасный вид на пляж Клеопатры и западную часть Алании. До моря мы добирались за 1 минуту. Сам пляж песчаный, но при входе в воду надо быть осторожным, так как вдоль береговой линии в воде имеются выходы мраморных плит. Номер небольшой (17кв.м), но отремонтированный после недавней реновации и чистый. К сожалению, отель не предоставляет услугу по ежедневной доставке воды в номер. Воду можно всегда взять в кулере бара или купить в магазинчике, расположенном в корпусе B отеля. Питание в ресторане соответствует классу отеля 3 звезды. Множество салатов, нарезок, зелени и овощей, курица в различных видах, форель и другие виды рыб. Мясо в виде тефтелей, котлет и нагетсов. Стейков на гриле не попадались ни разу. А еще вкусные сладости и фрукты. Персонал ресторана вежливый, всегда улыбающийся. Особенно хочется отметить официантов и двух барменов из бара отеля, которые всегда предлагают услуги, как в залах ресторана, так и у бассейна, который находится рядом с баром. Бассейн небольшой, но очень чистый. Правда в нем купались практически только мы вдвоем. Всегда свободны лежаки у бассейна. В целом, у нас сложилось очень положительное впечатление от этой поездки и мы, по возможности, хотели ли бы приехать сюда снова.

Отдыхали в отеле с 08 по 21 октября.В отель приехали около 14 часов.Заселили сразу ,корпус В , номер 610.Номер без излишеств.Вид с балкона в сторону Антальи, с частичным видом на море и на гору, с которой спускались параглайдеры. Ночью очень шумно. В номере две кровати,холодильник,телевизор ,санузел с душевой.Отдельно хочется сказать о постельном белье-застиранное,с дырами,за 13 ночей его поменяли один раз на такое же.В отеле есть небольшой бассейн с холодной хлорированной водой.Из хорошего в отеле -это еда, всегда свежая и вкусная, очень хороший дружелюбный персонал, кроме управляющего,который никогда не отвечал нам на приветствия,зато был крайне любезен с немцами.Пляж 22 находится через дорогу от отеля,вход каменистый.Мы ходили на 15-16 пляжи,там очень хороший песчаный вход.Напротив отеля есть остановка автобусов до Конаклы(номер 50),проезд 30 лир.Можно доехать до ТЦ Тайм центр и аутлета Neva,выбор лучше ,чем в Алании.Тур брали у Anex, без трансфера, перелёт Победой в Аланию,до отеля добирались самостоятельно на общественном транспорте,это не очень удобно.Обратно заказали 7/24transfer,200 лир с человека,минивэн Мерседес,очень комфортно.Если ещё поедем в Аланью,то выберем другой отель.

Отдыхали с женой в конце сентября. По приезду предложили на выбор три номера в корпусе B. Номер для своей категории хороший. Питание в отеле понравилось было и мясо и вкусные супчики ,из фруктов постоянно были арбуз и очень вкусные дыни. Отдых понравился.
