We rested here for the second time, and despite the fact that the previous trip was 5 years ago, in 2017, we were greeted like family! It's so nice when the hostess of the hotel, Sibel, is interested in how mom and dad, who rested with us last time, remembers that I play the piano :) Sibel and her husband absolutely every day in the hotel and directly manage the business themselves . The staff are also wonderful sincere people - Shevki will always help with any question at the reception, there were no questions for Nurzhan, she is just nice, even the cleaning lady always smiled! Cleaning, by the way, is always flawless. We left tips, albeit modest, but we think it's right. Especially when we are the only guests from Russia in the hotel! They don’t speak Russian at the hotel, English is no problem, Google translator solves everything else :) The main contingent of vacationers are Scandinavians: Swedes, Norwegians, Finns. There were never any problems with anyone - there are a lot of questions about the attitude towards the Russians now - we did not encounter tension, moreover, during the whole trip everyone tried to help us and prompt if questions arose. The hotel has 4 floors with rooms (8 rooms each) + 3 rooms on the 1st floor, reception, lobby, restaurant, technical basement. In total, I counted 35 rooms, there are no crowds of people, in general, we only crossed paths with the guests in the pool, it seems to me. As other reviews wrote here: the rooms are huge, actually 60 sq.m, 2 rooms - a large living room with a kitchen area, a bedroom (air conditioning only in the bedroom), a large bathroom (toilet with a shower), a large entrance hall and a balcony (we had amazing view of the fortress!). There are a lot of places! We now lived together, last time four of us - and everyone had a place to turn around. The living room has two large sofas, a dining table, two small tables, 8 chairs, a TV. Life hack: I always carry an external drive with movies and TV series with me - and evenings are provided for you like at home) And there is no need to look for Russian channels (there are none)) There is a two-burner stove in the kitchen (one burner is for beauty, the second is powerful, we even cooked lamb) , a small but roomy refrigerator, a drip coffee maker (filters were bought in A-101, 100 pieces for 15 lire), a kettle, a lot of dishes, even sharp knives! Everything is in excellent condition, the furniture is not luxurious, but everything is clean, everything is whole, even the dishes are without chips. The repair is simple but fresh, the room is very nice, the hotel does not smoke, there is no smell of smoke and tobacco. The bedroom has two beds, a bedside table, a table with a mirror and an ottoman, there is a door that can be closed from the inside. What is important - the lighting is normal, not dark, the floor and doors do not creak!! Nothing flows or drips!) Wi Fi is excellent, it works everywhere and around the clock. The pool is small but deep, always clean, sunbeds are good. Europeans, as usual, like to be by the pool all day, but there were always free sunbeds.
