The hotel has a lot of advantages. There are few disadvantages. Between 16:00 and the dinner start, you can eat only in a la carte restaurant where you can order from menu some simple food, I think. I would better grab a sandwich or finger food. Drinks are served in disco area in paper cups that are leaking.

It has been a great stay from day one, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the facilities are great and very suitable for families and couples alike. The food is great and varied, the water park is so much fun, the entertainment is very nice, and the kids club is just perfect. Special thanks to Mr. Emre, Ms. Cansu, and Mr. Ozden.

Разочарован качеством обслуживания и обманом с номером.
Забронировали двухкомнатный семейный номер через Trip.com, ориентируясь на фото: на них во всех комнатах были большие окна. В реальности нас поселили в номер, где в детской комнате не было окон вообще — это неприемлемо для проживания с ребёнком.
После жалоб на ресепшен и в поддержку Trip.com нам пообещали поменять номер только на следующий день. Из-за этого начало отдыха было испорчено, а фактически мы потеряли целый день.
Больше всего расстроило отсутствие извинений и компенсации со стороны отеля. Персонал вежлив, но этого недостаточно, когда сталкиваешься с несоответствием описанию и вынужденными неудобствами. Не рекомендую этот отель семьям — лучше уточняйте детали заранее, чтобы избежать подобных ситуаций.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле третий раз, очень нравится бэби клуб. Приятный персонал там работает. По еде все норм. Пляж хороший. Вечерние шоу интересные. Территория красивая.
Благодарим Камрана за содействие и помощь.
Однако замечание ресепшену. Обещали починить сейф в день обращения, но за 3 дня никто не пришел.

Otel konum olarak kolay erişilebilir bir yerde. Girdiğiniz andan itibaren Cansu Hanım sizinle birebir iletişime geçiyor herhangi bir aksaklık olursa anında çözüyor. Odalar güzel yeterli büyüklükte. Yemekler ortalama üstünde güzel ve çeşit bol. Havuzlar yeterli büyüklükte kapalı havuz olanağı da mevcut. Alkol çeşidi gerçekten çok fazla ve bar personeli sizi kırmamak adına bir bardak dahi içecek olsanız şişeyi açıyorlar ve ikram ediyorlar. Bir kez daha gelecek olsam bu bölgedeki yegane tercihim bu otel olacaktır
