I liked the hotel, it was clean, the food was good, especially the dinner, the linen was clean, the staff tried to help everyone, a special thank you to the guy at the reception. Minus the noise from the road, but not critical for me. Thank you.

Хороший отель, каждый день была уборка в номере, персонал приятный. Море через дорогу, кормят вкусно. Есть бассейн. До центра Алании 15 минут на автобусе от остановки, которая в нескольких минутах ходьбы от отеля. Интернет в отеле хороший, получилось работать по видеосвязи дистанционно. Все понравилось.

We visited all inclusive, staff are lovely and friendly. Shame the food was so repetitive just different variations on chicken. Only alcohol available is red or white wine, vodka, gin or effes lager, anything else cost €12. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfy Shane it’s let down by the food and drink, plus there’s not a lot around to do so you have to get a taxi or the bus for the 6 mile journey into town. Would not go there again

This was the most disgusting and worst hotel I have ever stayed in! It was nothing like how they advertise it on Love holiday. We arrived at 11pm with my child and my friend. We have been travelling all day and we asked them if they had any food for us as we all inclusive. The guy said no even though I told him i have a 5yr old child with me. We went to the room which was boiling hot AC wasn't working Fridge wasn't working and they didn't provide us with any bottle water and only gave us one room key card. We went back to the reception they guy was too busy flirting with two young girls. We had to ask him to give our passports back which he left on the photocopier. We explained about our room they said he cant do anything. The room had three beds with with light in the corner bed. Bathroom was tiny and disgusting. The breakfast next morning felt disgusting with very little options. This gave me anxiety and worried my little ones first holiday. I had severe anxiety and booked elsewhere as it wasn't good for my mental health. The receptionist was super rude when we asked to change rooms and provide us with water. When we left that afternoon he didn't care at all. Worst abroad experience ever. Love Holiday did not sort the issue out as they believed the hotel instead of me even though I provide pictures and videos

Upon arrival, the staff weren’t welcoming and we waited a while at the reception before we were acknowledged. Since our arrival time was after lunch hours, the staff offered to order food for us. However tried charging us triple the price of what food should be, so be cautious of that. Our room had many issues: the air conditioning didn’t work, one curtain was ripped down, another was broken, and there were stains on one of the curtains. The walls were thin, so it was noisy, and the hair dryer was broken. To top it off, the hot water went out on one of the days. When we requested a room change, they told us to come back the next day (reading the other reviews this seems to be a common problem). The all-inclusive food wasn’t great either, it wasn’t hot and seemed repetitive. While the room was mostly clean apart from the stained curtain, the hotel was quite basic, plenty of improvements are needed.

Worst hotel ever - my first solo trip - the only thing that made it was the room was newly refurbished - and the other guests that was around the pool when the pool was filled up 😂 All inclusive said local drinks - gin,vodka,effes,wine only! Everything else is charged! Food and staff was the worst part and the current safety issues around the hotel - lack of health and safety.

After reading many different reviews, we were sceptical. However, we can highly recommend Arsi Blue Beach Hotel. After travelling 12 hours from the UK and arriving late at night, we were given warm food and a lovely, well-equipped room on the highest 10th floor with beautiful views. Breakfast was basic, European style, whereas, for lunch and evening meals, everyone had plenty to choose from. Lovely coffee and good quality vodka. Indoor swimming pool during winter months. There is also a bus stop across the road that takes you to the centre of Alanya (30TL). Happy New Year 2025 from 🇵🇱 🇬🇧 couple 🥂

Booked here and was moved without prior knowledge or reason to Arsi Paradise Beach hotel down the road (?). Fella who showed us to our room just stood there for 10 minutes for no reason and asked if we liked our room about 3 times. Once moved back to the hotel (2 nights later) we booked, be advised that you shouldn’t come here if you want a towel. Asked for a big shower towel 3 times from the front desk as there were 3 of us in our room, and only had 2 big towels. Never turned up. Spent the week drying from showers with a hand towel. Would not recommend as I had to dry on the balcony. Buffet is average at best. The cheese was nice but got dull after 2 pieces, the meat is frozen and the dishes are practically the same every day. Eggs (photo attached) looked painted. The fizzy drinks and beer are very nice but that’s where it ends for food and drink praise. Actually the chicken nuggets are good too. But then it takes another turn as my friends room had brown water from the tap and shower (?). Cats have free roam in the dining room as doors are open so if you don’t like cats then eat in your room. Air conditioning is a roulette spin as to whether it will work or not, cooked my throat and my nose by the end of the week. They can print plane boarding tickets at the front desk if necessary. If you plan to work out in the gym bring boots so you don’t shred your feet on the broken mirror glass. Cable machine broken.
