Castle Boutique Hotel Alanya

A relaxing and successful business. Both the view, the breakfast and the staff are top notch. Interest is at the top. It has the most beautiful view of Alanya and the room designs are very good. Each room has a special name. It's a hotel worth visiting.

It was a place we chose to stay one night with my friends. There is nothing nice except the view. We encountered terrible attention from the employees to the owner. Their attitudes and behavior were incredibly bad. If you do not accept bad comments, do not treat your customers this way. In short, if you want to be disgraced with your money, you can go.

My wife and I chose this hotel as a one-night holiday for a change from Antalya. The hotel was as seen in the photos. We stayed in a room with sea and castle views. It was enjoyable. Having a pool also provided an extra advantage. However, I would like to point out its shortcomings. When we entered the hotel, the friend at the reservation office stated that we did not have a reservation. When we insisted, I think he reached the relevant unit on the phone and they agreed. When we moved into the room, the air conditioner was not cooling at all. We mentioned this to our authorized friends, they looked at it a few times, but it didn't work. Fortunately, the weather was not too hot, so we just opened the windows. On the last day, they stated that we did not have breakfast even though we made a reservation with bed and breakfast. We presented the reservation information, claiming that it was the case again. And that's how breakfast was served. So what I don't understand is that they have almost no knowledge of reservation information. Their breakfasts were lower than many cafe breakfasts. When we look at the service quality, I can give it 6 out of 10. Are they like this because the price is affordable? You decide. Since our holiday purpose was not a hotel concept, we were always in the center and since we stayed for 1 night, it was not a big problem.

The view from the room is gorgeous! All of Alanya at your fingertips! Convenient location, 20 minutes from the embankment. You can walk there. Thanks to the view, you can close your eyes to other shortcomings such as a problem with hot water, overpriced breakfast and the lack of a door in the bathroom. Gel and shampoo are not provided. There is a hairdryer in the room, but it is very weak. For the view the rating is 5++.
