The place can be easily found on google Maps. The house boat was good, neat and clean with good service from the crew. The food can be improved by adding few local authentic Kerala foods which was missing. Also, the veg options can be increased. For example the non veg people will get fish fry in the lunch but no option for veg.

House boat was in very good condition. Rooms and bathroom was clean. Food was awesome with surprise candle light dinner. Staff was polite and very helpful

The South Panorama Casino-1 houseboat provided an amazing experience in the Alleppey backwaters. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout the journey. The food was outstanding, with deliciously prepared local dishes that added to the charm of the trip. A perfect way to relax and enjoy the serene beauty of the backwaters!

They want us to check in by 1300 hrs but started cruise at 1400 hrs. Food served was average. We stayed in super deluxe AC room where we were allowed ac whole day but lower decks this is only between 2100 hrs to 0600 hrs next day. For whole night we had no water in wash rooms and no contact intercom to call for support. Felt that we should have taken a star hotel nearby and just enjoyed backwater with a hourly cruise boat. Will not recommend for people who look for luxury and quality Service
