A week of relaxation - my husband and I were energized to our full potential! A 5 day stay was extended by 2 days since we loved the ambience and service from all the departments, F&B taking full credit - my non-dairy diet was well looked after!!

I recently visited Club Mahindra Alleppey resort and was extremely disappointed by how poorly the resort treats its taxi drivers. First of all, the washroom facilities provided for the drivers were in terrible condition – dirty, unhygienic, and barely usable. The parking area is equally bad, with uneven ground and very limited space, making it difficult to park without risking damage to the vehicle.To make matters worse, the water available for bathing was visibly polluted and unsafe, leaving drivers with no proper facilities to freshen up after a long drive. Shockingly, there were no rooms or even proper resting areas for drivers, forcing them to sleep in their cars or seek accommodations elsewhere.For a resort of this caliber, it's disappointing that they completely neglect the people who work hard to bring guests to their doorstep. I would not recommend this resort to any taxi drivers or their clients unless these issues are addressed immediately.

It's a must visit destination. The wonderful service and amazing sumptuous delicacy are simply mindblowing. Wonderful staff and their out of the world service is the use of this resort. Thank you team for the outstanding service and experience.

Pros: Property with scenic view of backwaters, compact property, lots of activities, Yummy food especially sea food Cons: service is a bit slow. Room readiness can be better during checkin like they should make sure all the room amenities are in place for the guest. Far away from the real Alleppey city.

It's a nice place to spend quality time. Though it's a small property, landscaping and space utilisation is good.studio - grand gives good private space. It's not near Alleppey...it's near cochin Food is good and the service (Nalin) is also good.

We had a great stay here, very courteous staff, carrying back with their hospitality and memories. Few people who became so friendly with us were Nalin, Jiten, Hrudya, Sajir... overall we had a great stay. We explored canal drive, boating, museum etc with their suggestions

We absolutely loved living in CM Arookutty. We were simply blown away by the property that is pristine but with so much Kerala character. The staff everyewhere here is super helpful and caring. We ate many meals at the Ripples restaurant and the food here is 5 Star. Good delicious food with lots of options. I highly recommend putting this destination on your list when coming to Kerala.

Had a great stay with family and club Mahindra proved again that its the place you would wanna stay when on vacation where ever possible. Great hospitality, food and their commitment to nature makes them one of the best places and that too at competitive prices. Nalin and others served us well and ensured we were not left waiting for anything.
