Alba Hotels with Gym

Hotel Calissano is on the outskirts of Alba, but only 10 minutes walk from any place in the town centre. We stayed two nights, en route from France to visiting our son in Munich. A perfect experience, from the helpfulness in going with me to park my car in the excellent underground parking, to nice breakfasts on the terrace, booking of an excellent restaurant ( and booking is really needed for the few places open on a Monday evening in Alba), relaxation at the bar and immediate response to our issue with the (very good) air conditioning. The room was very nice and as expected, but it is the people who make the difference in a good hotel and I want to single out Bruno at the front desk for most of the help mentioned above and Maurizio at the bar. Highly recommended.

We were for the new year, not the last but I cannot put any dates further, and I will recensure it because we were very good. The room was very comfortable to reach the centre, quiet, we asked for the room with two separate beds and we were very good, the room looks like a swallow at the eye (the bathroom is more nodden) but it is very comfortable. We had booked a special dinner in Alba in their roof restaurant (we were in town several times a day,not far from where we live), but unfortunately it was not possible to go (My husband was bad and we asked for dinner in the room - quick, everything good, also the price) so we had to cancel everything, almost an hour before the event; the morning afterwards, at the check out, They didn't charge us the wall (because we thought they would do it, I didn't expect it, very correct and I will keep it in mind for a possible return to Alba - even because I had the desire to dine in their restaurant!!!) The hotel is very comfortable and free underground parking, even this rare thing, both in Italy and abroad (and we are going a lot). Breakfast with various products, what good to find the Estaté that I drink in industrial quantities at my home! It's good to advertise their products. They went away and greeted us of a Ferrero Rocher pack. Thank you again for everything!
