Hotel Ristorante I Castelli

We were there for New Year's Eve, not the last one but I can't put dates further away. I want to review it because we had a great time. Very convenient to reach the center, quiet, we requested the room with two separate beds and we had a great time, the room seems bare at first glance (the bathroom is more modern) but it is very comfortable. We had booked specifically in Alba for the dinner in their restaurant on the roof (we have been in the city several times during the day, it is not far from where we live), but unfortunately it was not possible to go (my husband was not feeling well and we requested dinner in the room - fast, everything excellent, even the price) so we had to cancel everything, practically an hour before the event; the next morning, at check out, they didn't charge us for the New Year's Eve party (since it was our fault I thought they would do it, I didn't expect it, very correct and I will keep it in mind for a possible return to Alba - also because I still have the desire to have dinner in their restaurant!!!) Very convenient and free underground parking, also a rare thing, both in Italy and abroad (and we travel a lot). Breakfast with different products, how nice to find Estathé that I drink in industrial quantities at my house! It's nice that they advertise their products. When we left they gave us a gift of a box of Ferrero Rocher. Thanks again for everything!

Sono stato con altri 5 colleghi in questo Hotel, come facciamo sempre da anni quando veniamo ad Alba, perché sembra veramente di stare in un ambiente familiare. Al di là della qualità della struttura (camere spaziose, pulite, silenziose e confortevoli; colazione abbondante, variegata e con prodotti top), la cosa che ti colpisce di più è la grande disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia di tutto il personale, dalla reception alla sala colazione, cosa che raramente mi capita di trovare da altre parti Veramente complimenti!
