La verdad es que todo es bastante antiguo y envejecido: mobiliario, ascensor, suelo de habitaciones, recepción, ... Por mucho que se cuide algo, las cosas se pasan de moda y deterioran y todo debe ser de los 80 o 90. La bañera de hidromasaje, además de ser un estorbo y peligrosa para ducharse, por lo que hay que levantar la pierna para subir, hace un ruido tremendo (no oyes la TV) si alguien de la habitación contigua la enciende. Algo así como si fueras en la cabina de un avión en pleno vuelo. La gente de recepción es muy simpática y atenta y la ubicación genial, en plenísimo centro. Son del mismo grupo de otro hotel (Hotel Europa), al lado, también bastante envejecido, pero que al menos es de 3 estrellas. Me parece excesivo catalogar este de 4 ... e incluso de 3. Y es que además, no lo regalan. También es verdad que he estado ya en 4 hoteles en Albacete y todos son bastante antiguos.

Trato de Rosi en recepción excelente , habitación amplia, limpia, sin ruidos , con muchos enchufes, la ropa de cama y las toallas muy suaves, las almohadas cómodas y la ubicación del hotel céntrica. Me alojé para poder el medio maratón y pude descansar increíblemente bien

Mira que es dificil que yo me queje de un hotel porque los conozco y los entiendo... pero hay cosas que superan lo comprensible. .. y en este sitio me pasó. El hotel esta magníficamente situado. Centrico. Tiene un toque ya de que se esta pasando y debe ser reformado aunque los muebles son de calidad, los baños de mármol y fue un gran hotel. Digo fue.. porque ya no lo es o no lo va a ser por mucho tiempo. Esta entrando en zona "peligrosa". Yo me sentí incomodo. Y es dificil que me pase. la bañera con Jacuzzi no hay que entrar: Hay que subir... de esas bañeras muy altas y antiguas que no me puedo imaginar a mis padres alli alojados porque no se podrian duchar. A quien se le ocurrió poner el control del aire acondicionado detras de la televisión ( detras!!! ver la foto). Yo quise enchufarlo, veia que habia rejilla, veia que en la publicidad pone que hay AC pero no lo encontraba hasta que bajé a recepción y leo pregunté. No me lo creia pero asi era: estaba detras de la televisión para que no se viese. Cama desastrosa pero no por el colchón ( que no tengo queja) sino por una tontería de adorno que se le ocurrió a otra persona con pocas luces y que nunca durmió ahi :tenia una madera como de un palmo de ancho que separaba la almohada del cabecero ( sin ningun sentido) y que impedía literalmente poder leer. Una molestia gratuita. ( ver foto adjunta) Parking aceptable, desayuno sencillo, sin mas... y bajas ocupaciones por lo que pude apreciar. No es un hotel en el cual repetiría si lo pudiese evitar. Es caro para l o que dan. Hay opciones mejores por ese precio. Estuvo muy bien en el pasado pero no se vive de glorias sino de actualidades. Mala experiencia.

La habitación que me tocó era muy grande y las camas cómodas. Tiene un baño también de buenas dimensiones con bañera de hidromasaje. El personal fue muy agradable conmigo en todo momento. Quizá el desayuno no lo recomendaría porque es un poco reducido de variedad y hay que pedir el café en la barra en vez de servirte tu mismo.

Hotel un poco antiguo pero muy limpio, habitación espaciosa, cama cómoda, buena limpieza, personal cualificado, servicial y agradable. Todo muy correcto. Por poner un pero las paredes de las habitaciones son poco insonorizadas.

El personal era muy atento. La habitación era muy amplia y el baño, también. La ubicación era perfecta, muy céntrico. Las camas eran bastante anchas y las almohadas cómodas.Echamos en falta algo más de iluminación.

Hotel recomendable por su buena situación, cerca de la zona más movida de Albacete y su catedral , pero he de decir que a este hotel le sobra una estrella , pero por supuesto recomendable para moverse por el centro
