Location carina e struttura carina. Ancora ha lavori di perfezionamento così in qualche caso si deve parcheggiare di sotto e fare la salita a piedi con le valigie. Peccato le unità siano divise con minima o alcuna insonorizzazione quindi se si hanno vicini nottambuli e poco educati che arrivano dopo mezzanotte il soggiorno da tranquillo può diventare piuttosto stancante. Tanto vale dormire vicino a Termini 😉

Comfortable studio apartment with all comforts. Only the light caused a bit of problems, as if you turn on the oven it turns off 🤷🏽‍♀️ perhaps due to a voltage reason as it is all connected to solar panels.

Excellent modern structure well located in Albano Laziale in the heart of the Castelli Romani with exceptional views up to the Tyrrhenian coast. The context is of total silence and totally green despite being on the edge of a very busy and chaotic area and a short drive (necessary) from everything. Our apartment (no. 7) was very large and comfortable with everything needed for even a medium-long stay. The only flaws of the apartment: poor cleaning and little more than sufficient kitchen equipment. The exterior of the structure, however, is really well looked after in every detail and with reserved parking. The self check in and check out functions perfectly but perhaps makes the whole structure a little too cold and impersonal, very much accommodation for work and those looking for privacy and less of a holiday. Perhaps there would be a need for a more equipped internal info point to provide tourist information on the area (full of things to see) and on how to reach Rome (really close) by public transport. However, a place to recommend and to return to.

Posizione tranquilla, alle porte del centro di Albano. Panorama suggestivo sia di giorno che di sera. Camere ampie e confortevoli, curate nei dettagli e molto pulite. Parcheggio interno gratuito. È possibile ordinare pasti a domicilio tramite un locale del centro. Ci torneremo.
