Rooms are very old. The worst parts are the bathrooms and toilets - we had a total of three rooms, and it was the same in all of them. Water sprays in all directions, drainage is poor, and the toilet overflows. The bathroom is moldy. There is a sewage smell everywhere. Do not expect minibar in the room. Otherwise pool, beach are excellent. food is good.

I had a single renovated room on second floor..7 nights 8 days..and I had a very nice sejour here..the maid clean very good the room every day,once I saw her with my own eyes because I still was in the room..other times I saw her from the beach cleaning the balcony and so I knew she was in my room..refill the stuff used in bathroom,towels changed every day,linen on the bed changed after 3days..food evan if was with less variation than last vacation here in2018,was very good,fresh and tasty and every day I liked it and I found something good to eat...beverage was ok too...and personel so nice and helpfull with any problem or question I had starting with the managers.. and this was the 1st vacation in Albena when check in was in romanian evan if the nice lady was bulgarian..I totaly loved that..I don't know about the other rooms or cleaning to speack about, but I was very happy with mine and in september I will go again at Arabella renovated room as well..thank u for such a nice sejour and see u in autum

The hotel staff is extremely kind and responsive. They speek english very well. The food is delicious and varied. The location is just a few meters from the beach, and the hotel also has a large and nice pool with enough seats for all guests. The beach is clean and suitable for small children. The hotel is arrounded with a lot of tree.

The beach is clean and suitable for small children, as it is shallow and without big waves. We have trusted this hotel for our summer family vacation for the third year in a row and will be there next year as well.

The hotel is situated on the beach side with nice clean pools for children and adults. The water was heated and cleaned every day. The food was perfect with thematic days. There was always something new every day and always something for every taste. The rooms were big and cleaned every day, with change on the sheets every other day. The staff was helpful as usual. We had a great vacation.

We just arrived back from this supposedly 4 * hotel and had to really think why it was described as such. We, that is my wife and 5 year old arrived in the 16th of August and after a 40 kilometre transfer from the airport to the hotel envisaged a clean and spacious room. Sadly, we were to be disappointed. The room was dirty from the last occupants, badly maintained with a jammed wardrobe door, exposed wiring from a bedside light, entrance door that showed signs of forcible entry and a broken shower rail. Staff are not too helpful and fail to understand that the customer has indeed paid for an all-inclusive stay and feels that it should reflect a standard. Not in this case! Dirty public areas were the norm and WiFi that worked only in the main reception and pool areas intermittently. In summary, we were not impressed at all and felt the staff were not able to assist in any way to improve the situation for us. We won't be using this hotel again and are pursuing the travel agent via legal means.

We had a great 8 night stay with 2 children of 3 and 5 years old, it was a perfect holiday in July 2023. The hotel is on the sandy beach, the water was warm and incredible for small children (very slow slope, not deep for aprox 20m from the shore), the children enjoyed very much the sea. We had a sea room spacious enough (1 huge bed and one extended sofa). The food was absolutely great, the children could eat both healthy and tasty food. It is not the best place for vegans ;) Near the big nice pool of Arabella we also used the small baby pool that the children liked a lot. The furniture was too used, but anyway I expected this in a hotel for families. The rooms were cleaned every day and the sheets and towels were ok. The bed mattress good for my picky husband, no sciatica back pain.

Amazing hotel! Our room was very spacious. The food is diverse, fresh and delicious. The pool is always clean and kept at a perfect temperature. The managers are very competent and the staff is helpful nd welcoming. The animators are super.

The hotel is old but it is located on the beach,with amazing views from the room and the swimming pool. The manager is veery helpful and easy to approach and solve problems. The staff is friendly. The only downside is that the hotel needs a good deep clean. The hygiene on the surface is good bud needs a thorough treatment. Overall experience was great.
