This hotel was an excellent choice in terms of location (very central) but as we found, the reasons for staying here just kept stacking up. The temperature for the time of year was ridiculously hot, so to find that the staff had turned on the room aircon well before our arrival was tremendous. Then more good news: we were given a voucher to reduce the cost of parking in the underground car park, which is literally just outside the hotel entrance. We foolishly didn't eat at the really good looking brasserie attached to the hotel (a terrible meal elsewhere as you'll see from my review), but we did have drinks in the late evening. It's a great place to sit and people watch. All in all, a very good hotel and we will be booking again for 2023.

Really friendly and helpful staff. We arrived on bikes and we were able to store them in a meeting room in the hotel which was very welcome. The room was OK, not outstanding, but I'd recommend the hotel due to its staff and location.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement, c’est un Bel hôtel, très bien situé en centre ville. Chambre spacieuse pour 3 personnes, wc et sanitaire séparés très rare et appréciable. Gros point positif petit déjeuné très copieux. Personnels très agréable et serviable. On recommande.

Très bon accueil de tout notre groupe de passionnés de voiture. L’hotek est très bien placé et tout le monde se plie en 4 pour que vous soyez content et ça a été le cas. Merci pour tout et je reviendrai Petit déjeuner avec des œufs à disposition, et tout était parfait Ne changez rien Merci beaucoup

Hôtel super bien placé, au bord du coeur historique de la ville. Il donne directement sur la place du Vigan, relativement calme, et juste à côté du parking souterrain (tarif négocié par l'hôtel à 11€ /jour) Chambre bien fonctionnelle (donnant sur la place) avec grand lit, placard, penderie, bureau, pose bagages et très grande salle de bain. Nous n'y avons passé qu'une nuit, mais l'espace est suffisant pour y séjourner quelques jours. Volet et rideaux occultants. Climatisation Wifi gratuit Patrons sympathiques et serviables Seul léger bémol : le petit déjeuner, certes bon, mais un peu "cheap" pour un 3 étoiles.

Très bon établissement. Emplacement idéal en plein centre ville d’Albi. Environnement calme. Aucun bruit de circulation n’est entendu depuis l’intérieur. Personnel très disponible, aimable, courtois et à l’écoute. On sent le côté chaleureux et familial! Des qualités de plus en plus rare. Chambre propre, très bien équipée, Petit déjeuner au top! Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Très bon accueil, chambre spacieuse et petit déjeuner copieux. Terrasse très appréciable pour prendre le petit dejeuner. Plein centre avec possibilité de se garer au sein du parking de l'hôtel. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Merci pour ce séjour.

Hôtel ancien refait à neuf Chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable, mais manquant un peu de charme. Il aurait été mieux à l'occasion de la rénovation de remplacer par une douche la baignoire au fond glissant, dangereuse pour des personnes âgées plus très solides sur leurs jambes! On aurait aussi aimé trouver au moins une ou deux petites bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo plutôt qu'avoir à aller les acheter au bar, mais l'accueil est chaleureux, presque inattendu dans une ville aussi touristique, et l'emplacement parfait pour la visite de la ville. Le garage privé est à éviter par les propriétaires de voitures un peu encombrantes, mais il y a parking public souterrain juste en face.
