Premetto che ho soggiornato spesso nelle strutture Campanile in varie città della Francia, con la massima soddisfazione. Purtroppo questa struttura è risultata estremamente deludente per i seguenti motivi: già all'arrivo abbiamo trovato alla reception un'addetta per niente affabile che parlava solo francese e questo ci ha sorpresi, poiché ci si aspetterebbe di trovare qualcuno che parli, non dico l'italiano, ma almeno l'inglese. Comunque era troppo presto per il check in, quindi siamo stati invitati a tornare alle 15,00, ora giusta per essere ospitati, senza neppure capire se potevamo lasciare almeno i bagagli. Va bene, siamo tornati all'ora richiesta. Al ricevimento c'era un'altra addetta, che verosimilmente parlava anche in inglese. Peccato però che non fosse molto comprensibile (poteva dipendere anche da me, per carità), ma la signorina molto spazientito e al limite della maleducazione non faceva niente per farsi capire e ripeteva le frasi con un'espressione molto eloquente riguardo a ciò che pensava di noi. Aggiungo che tutte le volte che nei giorni seguenti entravano nella struttura, queste addette abbassavano palesemente lo sguardo ed evitavano di salutare. Ma il bello viene la sera quando rientriamo dopo aver cenato in un ristorante vicino: sollevando il lenzuolo per coricarmi, vedo delle macchie che traspariscono dal tessuto sotto a questo. Ovviamente controllo e con orrore, scopro vistose macchie di sangue e capelli sul telo che copre il materasso. Ovviamente è tardi per parlare con qualcuno (la reception era già chiusa) . Al mattino dopo, intercetto l'addetta delle pulizie ai piani e la porto in camera per mostrare l'assurda situazione. Quindi assegno solo una stella perché queste cose non devono proprio accadere e consiglio una maggiore educazione al personale della reception, perché comunque è il ”biglietto da visita ” di una struttura e questo Campanile, certamente non se ne avvantaggia.

Very nice hotel with brilliant with views along the Tarn in a amazing building. The hotel is in a great location just over the bridge to the centre of town. Big car park and free bus service outside. The restaurant has great views. Big breakfast and lovely terrace. We upgraded our room to have a view of the Tarn. It was well equipped and great AC. The reception could not have been more helpful. He was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The breakfast staff and cleaners were really good. The bar staff were a bit slow in serving drinks on the terrace and didn’t have cold Rose on a very hot day. It was my only issue with a great hotel.

The hotel is well located, being only 10-15 minutes from the train station and about the same to the old town and the cathedral. I liked that they’d made a rather plain building look prettier by planting window boxes of red geraniums. We were allotted a spacious room on the 3rd floor, (301) larger than the normal Ibis room and facing the front. Fairly quiet but we could hear a little bit of road noise and some noisy kids! There must be a school across the road. Enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink after we prompted the receptionist. Close to restaurants. We didn’t try the breakfast as there was a good bakery a couple of doors down.

Visit the beautiful population of Albi. We stay in this hotel. Very correct and functional room, and clean. Quite comfortable bedroom. Good sleep without noise. pleasant and attentive attention in reception Have parking at 8 EUR per day. Good price. Recommended

Cet hotel ne mérite pas les trois étoiles affichées . Avec un groupe d'amis ns avons reservé 2 nuits à l'hôtel ibis theatro à Albi ! d'apparence l'hôtel est bien situé pour visiter le centre ville mais n'a pas de parking ! Il faut aller à celui de l'autre hotel ibis d'Albi.ensuite la chambre que j'ai eue etait minuscule et soi- disant pour deux en effet il y avait 2 lits mais côte côte , on ne pouvait pas bouger .dès l'entrée dans l'après midi pour poser mon badge et avoir de la lumière je me suis cogné la tête sur une étagère trop près de la porte avec un angle aigu bien méchant ! il faut la poser plus haut . Il n'y avait pas d'endroit pour poser deux valises et il fallait les enjamber pour accéder aux lits . Il n'y avait qu'un chaise . Cette chambre et située au premier étage sur rue et ne possède pas de voilages pour laisser passer la lumière du jour . si l'on ne veut pas être dans la rue il faut tirer les rideaux occultants et se retrouver avec la maigre lumière artificielle de 2 appliques au dessus des lits qui ne peuvent que s'éteindre et s'allumer ensemble .le plafonnier ne fonctionne pas . La moquette grisâtre à motifs bordeaux respire la poussière et la vieillesse . La salle de bain est dangereuse :le sol de la douche est très glissant et ne possède pas de poignée pour se tenir .il manque une petite étagère ds la douche pour poser un gel douche ou un shampoing sans avoir à le poser au sol . pour les serviettes il n y a pas de barre pour les poser seulement deux pauvres pitons glissants sur lesquels si on est deux on ne peut pas mettre les draps de bain . La VMC de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas bien les odeurs de W.C. se répandent dans la chambre . points positif salle de bain était très propre .La télé et le Wifi fonctionnent bien .Le petit déjeuner est très bien .
