As a 5-star hotel, the experience is average and unacceptable. First of all, the accommodation time is three days and two nights. Two girls stayed in the sea view room, and they were very dissatisfied with several points. 1. The light in the bathroom of the room suddenly broke. After contacting the engineering staff for repairs, it broke again during the shower. 2. After eating breakfast at the hotel on Day 2, I suspected that the food was unclean. I sat in the hotel lobby and vomited. The hotel staff were arrogant and unfriendly when the hotel provided vomit in plastic bags. 3. When I filled in the information at the time of check-in, I found that there was an error in one column (the lady filled in the mistake as Mr.), and I have notified the front desk staff to modify it, but the TV in the room is still Mr. and the call to the front desk is still Mr. After repeated reminders, The 5 star hotel staff is still not amended. 4. The rooms are not fully sea view rooms, and nearly 80% of them are hotel garden views. This room should be listed as partial sea view when booking, which is very disappointing. 5. In terms of sanitation, the hotel provides rental towel cards for outdoor swimming pools, so that guests can exchange them with staff when needed. But when we changed the towels, we found that there were many mosquitoes floating in the outdoor swimming pool and gave up swimming. Although the two towels were not used for swimming, they were already wrinkled and we put them on the beach chairs. Unfortunately, when we returned the towels, the staff found Not wet, put it with clean towels, very disappointed with the behavior of a five-star hotel. 6. On Day 2, we went to the nearby cliff cave to participate in the water tour. Before departure, we asked the front desk if we needed to make an appointment in advance, and expressed the hope that the staff would make an appointment for us in Portuguese, but the staff said that we only need to walk in after arriving at the scene, and refused to make an appointment for us. We call. It's a pity that after arriving by Uber for nearly 40 minutes, I found that all the tour boats on the site canceled all activities due to weather problems.
