酒店沒有24H前台服務，23:00到店，錯過了入住時間，在攜程的貼心服務下順利取到鑰匙，房間開始有些失望 ，和照片相差甚遠。但店家準備的早餐非常豐富，酸奶牛奶果汁麪包片奶酪果醬讓孩子很開心。樓下有個自助上小餐廳、一個小院子和活動室。

My wife and I stayed for an entire month, and the monthly rate was pretty good. The room was just enough for what we needed and was very clean. Also, it has a weekly cleaning service. The host was very kind and accommodating and was very responsive when needed. The location was pretty good as it is just a 15min walk away from the Historical City Center. If you come by car to Alcalá, you'll find a lot of free parking spots around the Hotel (2min walk away max). If you want to experience amazing Porras and Churros, the Churreria and Chocolateria Cibeles is right in front of the Hotel. Finally, the decor, inspired by Don Quijote, adds a friendly atmosphere.

La amabilidad de la persona de contacto, insuperable, a toda petición, daba solución y el detalle de bienvenida, todo un detalle. La estancia, total libertad con todo tipo de detalles, la habitación, una cucada. Desde aquí, les doy las gracias por facilitarme una estancia placentera. Totalmente recomendable. 😉😉😉😉

Unas habitaciones cutres, nada acogedoras, con un desayuno lamentable, que te dejan por la tarde del día anterior. Mala coordinación entre el personal a la hora de facilitar la estancia. Muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Alojamiento en familia en habitación para dos adultos y dos niños. Lugar limpio y acogedor. Te dejan las llaves y tienes tu habitación y la sala de usos múltiples para prepárate tu desayuno que está incluido y alguna sorpresa más. Si que es cierto que la habitación daba a la calle y por la noche, el sábado había mucho ruido Nosotros lo queríamos para dormir y cumplió nuestras expectativas . Relación calidad precio muy buena.
