we were badly received at the reception, housed in the basement in a room that cannot be called a room but rather a cellar, without windows, not soundproofed.

Booked this hotel with a private bathroom?when I checked in I am in a basement room with no window, just this little opening near the ceiling. Also sharing the bathroom etc with everyone else on that floor. There was no help at reception to any questions. The only positive of thus 'hotel' is the location. Would not recommend staying here

I had never been in such a shabby place like this, I didn't know what to do whether to cry or get angry. Dirty rooms that look like a storage room. I don't know how this hovel has a hotel license. I've been traveling for years and I've never seen this before.

El recepcionista después de pagar 70€ por una habitación cutre sin gel ni champú para ducharse llena de polvo y un tapón de detinfrico tirado por el suelo, insinúa en una hora de alojamiento que salimos a comer que si nos íbamos ya, ¿Que me llamo p...por horas ¿ No volveré jamás y he denunciado a la policía me falta dinero en mi cartera estoy segura que ha entrado a mi habitación y me ha robado dinero mi mochila estaba abierta y con ropa íntima arrugada por el suelo yo la dejé en mi mochila cuando salimos a comer isultante
