Beautiful hotel in Alcalá de Henares. With a very attentive and helpful staff. We stayed for one night. We came to see the Mercado Cervantino which we loved. I recommend this hotel for either a short or long stay. The rooms are very nice and updated. Comfortable beds and everything for a very affordable price. I recommend it.

The rooms on the top floor have a large terrace that is perfect for enjoying on summer days. The location is good and the reception is open 24 hours. The pillows are a bit hard and uncomfortable, as is the noise insulation, since you can hear the rooms next door as well as the cleaning staff from very early on. One option for improvement would be to have a fridge in the room, since there is space for it in the room.

Good experience in our case. We visited this hotel with a gift voucher that they had given us, so we only had one night's accommodation. They accepted the use of this voucher on an unusual day, since the hotel's availability allowed it. At all times the attention of the receptionist was quite good, both on the phone and once we arrived there. At the hotel the staff were quite friendly and cordial. It is in a good location, with very easy parking, and just fifteen minutes walk from the historic center of Alcalá de Henares. The room was clean and comfortable.

We are a family with 3 children, we spent one night. They treated us super well, from the girl at reception, who explained everything wonderfully, to the girl at the bar and the cleaner. Exceptional treatment and they went out of their way to help our son with autism, which I thank them for the way they treated him. Everything was fine, very good cleaning, buffet breakfast, everything very tasty and varied. We will stay at this hotel again, we were delighted and the price was phenomenal. Thank you very much for everything.

Ho utilizzato un cofanetto regalo, smart box 3 giorni d'incanto in europa per due persone. Per motivi personali ero da solo. Comunque il cofanetto mi dava: Due notti in camera doppia Standard Due colazioni Continentali Due cene composte da: antipasto, un secondo piatto e dessert (un calice di vino e acqua inclusì) Ho fatto solo colazione. Le cene.....ci ho provato una volta sola e non sono riuscito ad ordinare. Motivo.....Il ristorante è adiacente all'hotel ma NON dell'hotel e quando ho chiesto il menù mi è stato risposto che.......dovevano ancora prepararlo!!!! morale...cene a mie spese in un altrro ristorante. Il mio errore è stato aver scelto questo hotel che era distante da Madrid e che per arrivarci dovevo prendere un autobus e poi la metro. Comunque l'hotel non ha niente del 3 stelle ma direi un 2 stelle scarso. Personale molto gentile e mi hanno concesso una notte in più a prezzo ridotto.

Quisiera dejar constancia de lo acontecido tras realizar una reserva de varios dias en este establecimiento. Debido a un fuerte temporal de nieve nos fue imposible realizar el viaje previsto y llegar hasta Alcala, por lo que procedimos a anular todo lo que teníamos reservado. Entendemos que una parte de la reserva en el Cisneros la perderíamos, pero TODO? Increible como se lavo las manos este hotel. Creo que cuesta muy poco llegar a un acuerdo por ambos lados y dejar buen sabor de boca para volver en una nueva ocasion. De esta forma han perdido clientes y creo que no estan los tiempos para ello. En fin....muchas gracias.
