I liked it: Very good price-quality! Very good location! The privacy we have at bowling alleys, even with other people next to us, is very good. Staff let me arrive after the agreed time😊 Friendly staff and introduced the hostel. Disliked: Bathroom a little dirty on the floor. Staff could speak better Portuguese. Floor itself a little old and very noisy. Arrival at the hostel a little confused with the code and bell. Staff took a photocopy of my citizenship card without asking me, and I felt a little insecure because of that.

I booked a double room for myself several weeks in advance. When I arrived at the hostel to see if I could leave my suitcase until check-in time, they pressured me insistently to cancel my reservation because there was an error (?); They proposed to refund the amount and that I find another accommodation. I refused and we said goodbye until 2pm (checkin). Almost an hour later they wrote me a message, inventing that I had broken the accommodation rules and bothered the staff, and therefore they would cancel my reservation. I was alone on the other side of Lisbon. Quickly, overwhelmed, with almost no battery on my cell phone, I looked for other accommodation. Everything was far away or very expensive. I was lucky to find BlueSock Hostel (highly recommended). Four hours later they wrote to me again from the Swiss Lisbon to tell me that 'despite everything' they would give me a room. As? Now? I had already found another accommodation, left my suitcase and was very far from there. I did not respond to the messages and complained through ***********: non-existent telephone service (operators continually busy) and they responded to my messages already at night. Booking solution? Contact accommodation to see if they wanted to partially refund the amount. Imagine the result... Very unpleasant experience and I felt abandoned and mistreated. Don't even think about booking at the Swiss Lisbon GuestHouse.

Sem dúvida o pior lugar que já me hospedei na vida, tinha reserva para 3 noites fiquei apenas 1 eu o meu namorado tivemos que procurar outro lugar para ir, o lugar não tem nada haver com as fotos tudo sujo, mau cheiro, condições deploráveis, a cozinha era sem condições, o quarto era muito quente em formato de sótão não conseguia estar em pé no quarto tinhas uma janela de sótão que não tinha nada a tapar o sol a bater o dia todo a noite as luzes da rua por favor não fiquem neste lugar !
