I had to seek help from third parties, unknown people, thank God I found someone who helped me, but even getting into our room was a long way! Something that should have been very simple became almost a nightmare. Therefore, I would like to suggest that when making a book with a client, make it clear in the email the step-by-step instructions on how to enter the hotel and also the room! Make it clear to the person that everything is done remotely and we never even know who we are talking to. Not everyone will get there with working internet on their cell phone, and making a phone call is out of the question due to the price it would cost, as it would be International!
