In ”The Adventure of Silver Blaze,” Sherlock Holmes comments on the curious incident of the dog that barked in the night. That was the main problem of our stay at this hotel. The hotel allowed two dogs to roam free in the gardens, on which our room backed, and the dogs barked loudly until at least 1 AM. When we complained, the dogs were locked up for the next two nights but were out again on our fourth night. The other problem we had was figuring out how to work the shower, which has both an overhead and a hand-held fixture. It was not clear how to get the overhead to work, and we managed to flood the bathroom when the handheld came on instead and shot water everywhere. We had to use all the towels, which are mostly so thin we had to use the pool towels as bath towels, to soak up the water. Otherwise, we were mostly pleased with our room, which was large and clean, with plenty of room to unpack for four nights. Some of the furniture was rather worn, but the room was still attractive, and it was sufficiently well lit that reading was not a problem. The knob and lock on the outer door were set so low you had to bend over to lock and unlock the door. You have to be careful about opening the door, as the area swarms with mosquitos, and as careful as we were, some got into the room. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet served in the former wine cellar, and there are many good restaurants close by. A nice place to stay, but bring ear plugs in case the dogs are loose.
I recently stayed at [Resort Name] and had an amazing experience. The location is fantastic, close to fine restaurants and outlets, with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views by the riverside. The crew's kindness and 24/7 availability made our stay even more special. The rooms were super nice and clean, with daily cleaning services. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it!
We were on February 16, and the staff were nice but still little experienced.Excellent location with exceptional view of the terrace/bar.Good room, but with too large bed for the space, though comfortable. The room and the facilities were clean Small breakfast suffering for im hotel 4*.The buffet is poorly organized: - the compots are not identified - there are no bigger cakes to eat yoghurt with fruit - the fruit is cut too thick - they have no The fruit was not mature, and the bread (balls) was of a painful quality. There is no timely collection of dirt mouth on the table The ambient music is a real disaster. It's discotheque music (pum catapum), and it's always very high. We were in the bar to relax and read,we asked to download the sound, but yet it is too uncomfortable. The ambient music in a hotel must be relaxing, soft and with low sound. You don't go to a hotel to hear discotheque music!!! The price is high for quality.

A internet wifi esteve ótima durante toda a estada.

The hotel is very good in every aspect. The rooms are clean and the facilities are complete. Especially the air conditioner is a Midea brand made in China. It is really powerful. The service attitude is also very good. The breakfast is also good. There are many food markets and supermarkets around where you can go and have a look. The local customs and customs, there is a small park next to the hotel, except that it is a bit far from the city, overall it is a very cost-effective hotel.
One perfect night S'valentin ❤️ when I reserved the room for two ended to be for 3 because the gentleman was all night interrupting because of the fire sensor when we didn't even smoke ... because he always shot when we were in the shower because the Jacuzzi had no hot water to help at the moment, after so much interruption at 5 p.m. we asked coffee and complaint book ... spent half an hour and nothing until we called to tell us there was no coffee because it was damaged, I had to write the complaint in the light of the phone and contact the official without privacy... Our time was over at two. We asked if there was coffee the answer was that there was only if you paid the room! ??? How do you? ? Finally, I want to go away I'm at reception to pay and I'm threatened that you're going to call the police!! ? !! I just want to pay and go, I had to go back to the room to make the payment and to go though ... we were devoted sincerely did not respect any of us on a special day I made 40 kilometres just to chat me instead of having a romantic moment I had a terror film.

Booked this hotel after calling their central reservations office . I told them quiet was my main priority . After assurances from them I cancelled my other reservation in Lisbon . What a mistake ! Paid 790 euro for a family room. Rooms are no better than a holiday inn. My daughter’s room was dirty on check in . Cut nails on the floor , mould in the shower and hair in the sink . Old, tatty and stained bed bases . The common areas were so noisy with business guests . The hotel is attached to a big conference facility . Service was very good but I have no idea why this hotel gets such good ratings . Perhaps because most of the guests are not paying themselves and are getting corporate rates . I felt completely ripped off . The central reservation was not completely honest about the hotel. I spoke to the reception and the GM in the end . They waived my charge for one beer ….. the best they could do . What an insult . Not stated in any “5” star hotel that has mould in the shower . No attention to detail. Don’t stay here if you are on holiday. There’s much better choices in Lisbon .
