Welcome to this beautiful apartment with shared pool in Puerto Alcudia. It sleeps 6 people. Enjoy a a refreshing swim in a communal chlorine pool of 17 x 8 m, or a wonderful breakfast on a private terrace of 30 m2 overlooking the pool. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs for 6 people and also with two sunbeds. The apartment of 90m2 is distributed on one level. It has 3 bedrooms; one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with a double berth. There are 2 bathrooms; one with shower and one with bath. In the living room, there are two comfortable sofas where you can relax, read a good book or watching TV-Sat. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs. There is an air conditioning in the apartment; one unit in the living room and another in the corridor serving all the bedrooms. The separate kitchen with vitro stove, has everything you may need during your stay. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The apartment's location is perfect. Everything you need is within walking distance; plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a medical center and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Can Picafort, or other directions. The old town of Alcudia, with its cobblestone streets, squares, the church and the Roman walls surrounding the city, is worth a visit. Inside the walls there are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy a wonderful atmosphere having a delicious dinner or just a good drink. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town is transformed into a bustling, lively place. Do not forget to visit the highly recommended Roman ruins. By car or bus you can reach easily to other areas such as Playa de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Formentor and Puerto Pollensa, Cala de San Vicente. The village of Pollença and its small church on top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good choice for a half day excursion.
