Could not recommend this hotel enough. As a family the facilities are amazing, a beach right outside! The pool is open daily and a lifeguard on duty. The food (all inclusive) is just unbelievable. These people work above and beyond to make sure your holiday is the best. Unlimited cocktails are proving a hit! Unlimited ice creams, a burger van open daily incase you get hungry, kids drinks available day and night, hot or cold. so much outside the hotel right on the doorstep to do as well, beautiful walks in both directions. The entertainment is great family fun, kids clubs included treasure hunts and bonfires. Highly recommend the "old town" for a day out. We are only half way through our holiday and I don't want to leave. Worth every minute here!

We stayed here for five days with our two young kids. Incredible well run place and we would definitely go back here. Food was great with plenty of choice. We did the all inclusive option and find it was well worth it even though we didn’t drink alcohol. Entertainment and activities were engaging and lively. Big hit with the kids. It is about a 45 minutes drive from PMI airport.

We went as a family of, 2 adults, 2 children aged 8 and 14 and 2 grandparents. We booked a standard apartment and were located to the right of the hotel. The view was more than fine but the entrance was quite noisy as it backed onto the main road and roundabout. Grandparents room was on level one and there bedroom was noisy and lit up every time the outside light came on. The rooms are tired and in need of refurb but are clean. We were on level 3 which was up a spiral staircase. It was tricky to get suitcases up and down and no lifts so people with mobility issues would struggle. The food was varied with show cooking each night. All of us enjoyed the food along with truck bar at lunchtime. The kids club had reduced in September however there was enough to keep our children entertained. They enjoyed the foam party, floating mat and pool exercises. They both loved football and no kick abouts were on offer which was a shame. Unless you reserved a subbed there was few left by 10am. Near the snack truck it was quieter and we did find a few spare beds here. The beach is literally outside the hotel and sea lovely and warm. The entertainment was about the best we’ve come across and we all enjoyed the bingo, silent disco and magicians show. Fernando is very entertaining along with Perdo and they work very hard. The lounge bar was great and the kids loved the pool table. Overall we had a lovely time. Only downside are the tired rooms really. I also think the beach toward Muro is quieter and nicer.

Absolutely fantastic hotel!!! We stayed for 8 nights in late August 2024 (3 adults - Half Board). Reception & Staff: The hotel staff are absolutely amazing. Every single one of them. Sarah on reception was so wonderful when we checked in, my parents were celebrating an anniversary on this trip and were made to feel so special! As well as this, my father had a recent health issue before our trip which we had to inform the hotel about prior to the visit, but they made sure that we were in a very comfortable apartment in a block that had a lift, so that he wouldn’t struggle with any stairs. The reception staff were approachable 24/7 to help with any issues or queries. A special shout out also to lovely guest services Rhaiane who was really kind at ensuring everything was OK throughout our stay. We are so grateful for everything that the staff at the hotel did for us to make this such a wonderful trip. Rooms & Cleanliness: We were in block 2 floor 6 (Room 2610) and it was really lovely. (It was one of the refurbished apartments with a stunning sea view). We were 3 adults staying in a one bed apartment…this had a private bedroom with two large single beds pushed together and a sofa bed in the living area for the 3rd adult. It was spotlessly clean! Two of us have OCD when it comes to cleaning, and we were very impressed with how clean everything was kept throughout the stay. The maids work so hard and are really lovely. In this apartment there was a fridge and microwave, but a kettle and iron can be requested from reception. There were plenty of hangers too, both in bedroom and living room wardrobe. (Note: There aren’t many wall sockets so we recommend bringing an extension lead with you) One really fantastic thing at this hotel are the filtered water dispensers in the corridors. This was safe fresh drinking water. We actually bought the blue Iberostar refillable water bottles from the pool bar on the first day for €4.90 and filled these up throughout the day. This was very handy! Food: The food is amazing. Really amazing. I am a fussy eater but there was so much choice for every meal (a large buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner). The food is always SO fresh… and if there’s ever anything that they run out of or if you don’t want the end servings of something, all you have to do is say it to a member of staff and they will bring out a fresh batch (This happened a couple of times at breakfast for example when the Nutella ran out…… they will always refill within 2 mins of you asking!!) Breakfast includes: Cereals, cooked breakfast, fruit, fresh eggs made to order, pastries, churros, pancakes. Lunch & Dinner includes: A variety of different meat and fish, salads, a variety of bread, cheeses, kids corner, and great dessert selection. Each night has a different theme, for example there was a seafood night with lobster, Japanese night with amazing sushi, Mexican night etc. But the Italian section is there every night with delicious pastas & piz

We stayed at this wonderful hotel at the end of June. We had a child with us. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the reception threshold we were met by wonderful, positive staff, they treated the child to ice cream, and we had champagne. Our suitcases were delivered in just a couple of minutes. The room was clean, cozy. The sea is one minute walk away, with beautiful white sand, the entrance to the sea is safe for children. There are swimming pools, especially for the little ones with different slides. Dinner was even more surprising, as it was a fish night on Tuesday and the selection of delicacies was huge. Every evening there were different themed dishes of different fears.Breakfast was also very tasty and varied. The animators are great guys, positive, it was not boring for children and adults. Every day there was live music, shows, games for children. In the evening it was nice to walk along the embankment. After 10 days we didn't want to leave there)..And we came back again after three months..We will come back many times ☺️.
