Lovely hotel, excellent staff, all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Very clean. All good with just a couple of niggles, Could do with more drawers in the room, only one. The bathroom really needs an extractor fan, after using the shower the bathroom turns into a sauna. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would return

Lovely Hotel, food and drink very good. Location was perfect,staff friendly and work really hard, Toni , Richard and crazy stood out in particular . Air con worked well. Don’t listen to negative reviews, hotel is excellent . Superior room with pool room was lovely.

arrived on the first day and sunbathed by the pool. The pool was full of people on inflatables and lilos. We went out to get our own the next day and we’re told there’s no inflatables allowed. Food is bland and uninspiring the whole place is mediocre.

Just returned from a lovely week’s holiday here. Staff were amazing-friendly, helpful and always making sure you had what you wanted. Food was good, with a range of choice and themed meals. We always had a sunbed, although did have to put o towel on to ‘reserve’ before breakfast most days. Would happily recommend a stay here

Great stay at the Bordoy hotel First visit to Majorca. It was extremely hot and most people didn't venture far from hotel. Staff were amazing working in these conditions. Special thanks to Richardo and Alberto. Room clean. Lovely house maid did a great job Food was excellent but unfortunately for me with an allergy to fish there wasn't much choice Pool was great to cool off in. Aircon wasn't working on our arrival in our room but was fixed first thing in the morning.

Great hotel ,Great location. Staff great .Excellent service restaurant staff helpful and great service . Entertainment staff Luna and Joha were great really enjoyed our stay . Cleaning staff great service .Evening shows were great. Bingo and quiz evenings great fun. Day time games and activities good mix of funWill make a return visit .

Lovely location, hotel bar area very modern. Normally able to get sunbeds during the day, food was ok - meat and fish tends to be on the cold side. Nice aesthetic in the rooms but need some TLC such as a refresh of the groutings etc. Most of the staff are chatty and friendly, odd rude member. Entertainment team are also very chatty and friendly!
