Very nice hotel that has almost everything to offer. Great location, modern facilities, spa area, pool, delicious food and a great program. The staff is also incredibly nice and tries their best. Suitable for vacationers who focus more on spending their vacation in a hotel, as well as for those interested in culture who are looking to be close to the old town.

We stayed here last year and felt it had deteriorated. The staff were fantastic,the rooms were very good,clean,tidy and a fantastic huuuuge bed. The fridge should be in a cupboard though as it's light was bright. Food was ok, they tried to vary the theme each night but as it was their last week,we found the choices were reducing daily.Pool was bloody freezing. Entertainment this year was poor,it came on at 9 and finished around 10 to 10.45 . As it was their last week they started removing sun loungers,parasols etc whilst we sunbathed,using drills and dragging metal frames passed us as we were trying to relax. One night they ran out of vodka,another night amaretto! Bearing in mind a Lidl was 500 yds away !? I just felt they look et themselves down and we're in shutdown mode. Location is great. We will probably go elsewhere next visit to Alcudia.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean the staff are lovely and are keen to impress. The food however is where they fall short. Location is great, within walking distance to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. My partner and I enjoyed our short stay and will be returning to the Alcúdia area.

you are made to feel welcome,reception staff very helpful. restaurant,staff pleasant ,plenty choice of food and if you are half board the 5euros a night for 2 drinks with your meal is excellent value. the rooms are adequate, the tea and coffee in the room was always replenished every and the rooms were always clean.

We were a little concerned about the reviews before we went for our holiday. However, it was slightly better than expected. Me and my boyfriend came here for our first holiday, it was ideal for us as we didn't expect/need anything too special. We went all inclusive and as much as people say it isn't worth it, it definitely is. There were so many different drinks you could choose from such as cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and unlimited soft drinks. There was always food available, even though it was pretty average. However, we were definitely the youngest there and felt slightly out of place. This isn't the hotel's fault, as it is an adults only hotel, but if you're in your early 20's expect to potentially be the only young couple there! Another thing is the entertainment. There were some nights that were quite slow and boring. eg. music quiz, movie quiz etc. It got to the point that me and my boyfriend went up to our room and watched TV instead. We much preferred when there was music on, especially the Abba group as they were amazing! Overall, don't listen to the awful reviews because it's not as bad as people make out. There was nothing majorly wrong with our stay, but there are definitely hotels that are better.

Firstly I read the reviews before going to this hotel and was anxious as we like four star quality hotels adult only been a plus , i must agree generally with the overall comments of complaint . Rooms were good size balcony not the most private but fine . Bed very comfy yes not a huge storage space but adequate . The shower was ok grill moved water onto the floor and a drain smell at times . I complained about the emergency door at my level not closing properly nothing was done and the door on windy nights blew open and closed .. a fire hazard and no action taken . Food we thought good but were focused eaters so planned what we ate but loads of choice themed nights and hard working staff . We were all inclusive and again i agree with the complaints poor drink quality house wine poor cocktails dreadful green/yellow /red premixed with god knows what .. only one beer available limited choice of drinks in plastic cups and only one bar .. a pool bar make shift . Entertainment also very poor outside only no indoor area so if you like comfort you will be sitting in the lobby if you get a seat . they also have a restaurant which we availed of as part of our package nothing special meat was nice but not the reheated vegetables .. why bother ? Plus side location is good gym sauna steam room etc are available .... I would like to be more positive in reviewing but i must be honest to the people reading this .......
