Very nice staff at the reception- try to speak all languages(also German - chapeau!). Super clean, it smells good everywhere, breakfast is great- for everyone something with it and also varied. The pool is also ridiculous, the only thing that was somewhat disturbed were the evening live shows, which are not always the taste of everyone. The rooms are modern and clean. (The kittens are unfortunately a disaster) Otherwise the location on the street is okay, we haven't heard anything - it was quiet. You're backpacked on the beach and reach restaurants, supermarket and co immediately. We'd come back.

Very nice hotel that has almost everything to offer. Super location, modern equipment, spa area, pool, delicious food and a great program. The staff is also incredibly nice and is making the greatest effort. Both suitable for holidaymakers who focus on spending their holidays in hotels, as well as for cultural interested people who are looking for the proximity to the old town.

A good hotel in Alcudia, comfortable step-by-step access to the beach, while in a quiet place, the carriageway is not heard at all. Very generous and diverse breakfasts. But the rooms are not very large, the neighbors are heard. In general everything is very decent. When the settlement is served with champagne, beach towels can be rented on bail of 10€ per person

The hotel is simply super. I would give it 10 out of 5. In order:
1. The staff and service in general are ideal. Such unobtrusive care and attention are priceless❤️
2. We were on half board - breakfast and dinner. The cuisine is amazing. The cook is simply top 🤌
3. Concerts every evening. And each concert in a new style. A very high-quality show.
4. Alcudia beach is within walking distance. The beach is good, but too many people. We were in August and there were as many people as in Anapa🤣 but the beach itself is good
5. The pools on the territory are beyond praise: the sun loungers are not miserable plastic, but soft beds) The music is unobtrusive, the bar is super - delicious cocktails and snacks. There is a quiet pool, but we did not go to it. And it also looks super.
Total: I do not know the names of the staff, so I appeal to all the hotel employees: you are the best. Thank you for an incredible vacation. We will definitely come back😘

If you are traveling by yourself, the hotel facilities are OK, but it is inconvenient without a car. You must have a car to be convenient. The resort-style hotel has sauna, gym and restaurant.

It's a wonderfully renovated classic building at the heart of the Roman city with very attentive service, nicely decorated rooms and a good breakfast buffet. The spa and the small swimming pool are also a plus. We did enjoy our stay a lot...

GGuest UserWhile there is so much to commend about this hotel (the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the beautiful pool and spa) overall I was a little disappointed. The experience fell quite far short of a 5* experience and the hotel was not value for money. There were no toiletries in the room (toothbrush, razor etc) and the water was not replaced after the first day. Outside the hotel, the streets are full of rubbish and it can be a challenge to find a parking spot.

LLieridongyangThe hotel is located in the middle of the old city, non-chartered vehicles are not allowed to enter, but close to the city gate, vehicles can be parked in the parking lot outside the city gate. The hotel has many buildings and the front desk is not very conspicuous. The room was really amazing, simple stones, and a romantic atmosphere was exposed in the rough. The most commendable is the hotel we cooperated with, their paella is the most fragrant we have eaten in Spain, their sangria is also very authentic, you must not miss it.

GGuest UserThe reception is not in the hotel itself but around the corner. It is not disturbing . The room was beautiful, but the open washing basin in the room was a little strange. The small courtyard is quiet and can be quietly screened.

The shower was good but it took a long time to get out of hot water, but for the price we were very frozen, without having to return to Palma by night.
Highly recommended!

OOksanaWe spent 2 days in this hotel. I really liked the location, city center, right on the embankment. We had a room with a sea view. The beach is nearby, a gorgeous view from the window, we will attach photos. Nice staff, responsive, arrived very late at night. I don’t know whether our message about this reached them or not, but we were met and accommodated. It was already almost 2 am. The only thing I didn’t like and I can’t help but say this. Very, very small shower stall. And also, we asked for a double bed but our request was not fulfilled. Will I come back here? Of course yes!
