Rosemary Cottage

The outside facade belies the gem that lives inside. A charming interior fitting to its age and size. A small but comfortable living area with somewhere to rest, watch TV and play table top games. (Luckily we brought our own despite being told that games were available.) The shower room is tiny, and wet but has a powerful hot shower. The garden is peaceful and we caught some afternoon rays on the tiny patio. The kitchen is a good size with dining for 2. We didn't cook as it was a brief stay. The bed is comfortable and warm. To make this cottage 5 🌟 - clean windows, polish front door, paint render and fence! If we'd walked past this cottage on a day trip we wouldn't have booked from the look of it! Having stayed and experienced the charm we would stay again. Pup gives it 🐾 🐾 🐾 🐾!

Don’t let the outside of the property fool you. Photos on here are out of date. The property is lovely and charming inside but outside it needs a good clean and a paint job, it’s poo brown now! Inside is comfortable, warm and welcoming and nicely appointed although the shower room does take some negotiating. Very close to the beach and everything that Aldeburgh has to offer. I would ignore the naysayers below as the owners have clearly upgraded the cottage since then, just ignore the lack of curb appeal.
