First impressions, no reception, girl at a table in the corner. Looks rundown, it was. I asked " is my room ready "not till 5 pm was the reply, despite the web site stating 4 pm. It's not all bad, the room was good. the pool was good. and that where the good ends. All the rest, indoor pool closed, boules, no tennis not been used for years. Bar under construction. When I asked for menu the reply was yes its meat or fish.! There was more life next door at the cemetery . Big problem there are no restaurants in the whole of the village only pizza . Give this a miss and find anywhere even camping!.

All in all it is a nice hotel. But there is a lot of room for improvement. like the implementations of electronic key-cards that could help a lot with the air-co and energy conservation and a few simple system put in place to improve on the below remarks. - The staff was very friendly - The hotel was clean - Breakfast had sufficient choice. - The garden was very nice and well maintained. - The room was small, but that is what we paid for and thus good enough. - Good location of the hotel. Perpignan close, so are beaches and attractions are easy reachable. One has to have a car though. - Only on the Monday morning there was not enough staff at the busy breakfast time, it was a mess. The other days it was fine. - There are no systems in place for conservation of energy. No automatic switches for the air-co and the staff switched it on at all times. - The beds where made with winter duvet covers. There should have been a sheet with light blanket on the beds and the duvet cover in the cupboard for when needed. It was 30 degree outside. - Before the days of arrival, twice I sent an email in English with a request via different channels and did not get any reply. This seems to the be fault of the reservation department. - With booking there where welcome cocktails included. We never received them. They should have given us a voucher at check-in so we did not have to ask for them. After this, at checkout time we got deducted 3 coffees from our bill as compensation for the forgotten cocktails, but only after asking to have them given as compensation. Spa was included in our booking (there is a charge normally), but if you plan to go to the beaches until 19h like we did, there is no need for the facility as they close at 20h. I would stay in the hotel again if the price is cheap.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtels nous y sommes restés 1 semaine. La chambre était très bien et surtout la literie, le ménage est irréprochable. Le personnel est très gentil. Le plus est que l’hôtel est bien situé géographiquement, il est à côté de tout en voiture. ( St Cyprien, Collioure etc..).

Nous avons séjourné juste une nuit dans un des appartements cet établissement. Il est difficile de savoir si on est du coté hôtel ou coté résidences lors de la réservation, il faut donc être attentif car les chambres ne sont pas les mêmes. Au final c'était dans dans le coté résidence que nous avons séjourné. Malgré plusieurs messages envoyés pour tenter de clarifier la situation et poser d'autres questions, je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse. Nous sommes donc un peu partis à l'aveugle. Les personnes à la réception sont courtoises. le domaine est assez beau, mais l'ambiance est un peu bizarre, c'est assez désert, peu animé, nous n'avons vu que trois membres du personnel. la piscine est bien, sans plus, mais ça reste très agréable pour une halte de pouvoir en profiter. Mais au final cela rend ce domaine très calme. Nous n'avons pas essayé le restaurant, mais la décoration est assez chouette. le gros point noir vient de la propreté de l'appartement qui était vraiment sale, un paquet de tabac vide des précédents locataires était resté là. la TV ne fonctionnait pas, pas de câble. la table de la terrasse était cassée et il restait du papier collant sur la rambarde, la rendant ultra collante. Par contre la literie était confortable. Nous n'avons pas pris le déjeuner là car le prix nous semblait exagéré (11€ si mes souvenirs sont bons).

Bel hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses La climatisation fonctionne impeccable L’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking et met à disposition de sa clientèle 2 machines à café avec quelques friandises La responsable Christelle est professionnelle et sympathique À travers les photos, vous pourrez apprécier le design de l’hôtel La piscine extérieure est grande mais demande un entretien plus soigné Le canapé lit est un peu étroit Je vous conseille de choisir cet hôtel lors de vos prochains déplacements dans la région

Seul le personnel est parfait le reste je ne le recommande a personne ,trop vetuste,trop vieux,mal entretenu laisse a l'abandon,literie pourri ...pas de wifi,piscine trop petite.mais la machine a laver est appreciable ,l'emplacement est bon c'est tout

O hotel reservado inicialmente foi o Europa Cela em Canet. No checkin fomos informados que o quarto estava sem chave!!!! Como nos recusamos a ficar, a opção dada foi nos transferir para a suite presidencial do Las Motas em Alínea, distante 6km de Canet, onde estava o resto da família. Aceitamos porque estávamos de carro e a suite era realmente presidencial. O staff foi muito gentil, o café da manhã era bom, mas ficamos sabendo que o grupo Cela estava fechando os hotéis naquele mês.

Sur le site résidence situé sur St Cyprien or faux elle est sur Alenya. Rien à proximité. Résidence complètement délaissé voir même déprimant. Une déchètterie devant l'immeuble. Pas de place de parking devant l'immeuble. Accès à la résidence horrible, extérieur très mensonger. Pas de WiFi et le personnel de l'hôtel a bien précisé que la résidence LAS MOTAS et HOB HOTEL ne sont pas lié. La piscine est très sale, chaise longue toutes cassés. Très décevant pour le prix et très mensonger par rapport au photo du site. Pire vacances Rendez service au futur client en évitant d'afficher les photos de l'hôtel comme étant la résidence LAS MOTAS.

Hotel muy parecido a un aparhotel, el desayuno justo pero bien, todo se paga aparte del precio contratado. Un poco lejos de Perpinyà, pero cerca de playa. En mayo todo un poquito parado. Las playas que estan cerca son muy largas, pero falta marcha y restaurantes en la zona. Yo me dedique a visitar castillos y Perpinyà
